Lungotevere Testaccio 11 - Amazing Flat in Rome

I would recommend this location.

Pros: The location was good and very easy to access public transportation. The main facilities were comfortable and good for a family. The host was accessible when needed.

Cons: The bathroom was very small. You could not move in the shower, it was barely big enough to turn around.

Pros: The apartment is in a perfect location with a local wibe, good inexpensive caffes, pastry shops and the Testaccio market. The lively Trastevere region in less then 20min walk away, so we went there every evening. Bus stops are close. We really apreciated that we could leave the bags in the apartment earlier and the correspondence with the owner was good. The apartment has a great size, apart from the tiny bathroom.

Cons: Poor condition of furniture and appliances, some (water heater and coffe maker) were not working. It was good that the owner offered a repair, but we would appreciate it to have working machines on arrival. Also the furniture is low quality and dated and not as one would expect from the photos. Especiall, the bathroom/shower needs a renovation. It is ok, but our expectations were probably to high considering the photos on booking.

Schöne Unterkunft

Pros: Dies ist eine schöne, moderne Unterkunft mit einer tollen, ruhigen Lage. Das Zentrum ist gut mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sicher gefühlt. Der Gastgeber schien sehr nett zu sein Die Nachbarschaft ist auch sehr freundlich.

Cons: Etwas hellhörig, aber sonst sehr gut.

Confortevole e comodo. Da ripetere.

Pros: Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, funzionale e completo. Posizione molto comoda per andare a piedi in molte zone di interesse della Capitale. Ben accessoriato ed elegante.

Cons: Piccola difficoltà iniziale ad accedere poi risolta contattando la proprietà. Assenza di docciaschiuma e macchinetta caffè capsule in apparenza non funzionante. Disagi piccoli e superabili.

Huoneisto loistavalla sijainnilla paikallisten keskuudessa

Pros: Majoituspaikan sijainti oli viihtyisä ja helppo kulkea eri alueille. Lähellä oli myös paljon kivoja kahviloita ja ravintoloita. Keittiö oli myös hyvin varusteltu, mikäli haluaa laittaa itse ruokaa.

Cons: Äänieristys ei ollut parhaimmasta päästä (tämä tosi taitaa olla yleistä Roomassa), asunto oli muuten hyvässä kunnossa ja siisti, ja kylpyhuonetta ehostamalla siitä saisi vielä paremman. Majoituspaikan kuvauksessa olisi hyvä mainita check-in prosessista (saapumispäivänä saat tarkemmat ohjeet asuntoon sisään pääsemiselle viestin muodossa). Yhteydenpito majoituspaikkaan oli haasteellista Bookingin kautta, lopulta kaikki sujui kuitenkin hyvin.

Pros: Το διαμερισμα βρίσκεται σε ενα κλασικο συγκρότημα κατοικιών σε ιταλικό στυλ,η τοποθεσία ιδανική.Η διακοσμηση μοντερνα. Μειναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με την διαμονή μας εκει και η οικοδέσποινα άκρως βοηθητική οποτε χρειαστηκε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
