Pros: The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and even more. The location is excellent—quiet and beautiful, where you can truly experience Italian life. There are cafés, restaurants, and gelaterias nearby. Public transport is also close, so you can easily get wherever you want to go. Everything went as agreed, and we felt right at home.

Great apartment near Basilica di San. Giovanni in Laterano

Pros: Spacious apartment with good facilities. Comfortable big bed. Washer dryer and ability to dry clothes on balcony. Good communication with owners. Lots of local restaurants.

Cons: Nothing.

A refaire !

Pros: Le logement est très spacieux. Un agencement particulier, je n'ai jamais fait autant de pas pour me rendre de la salle de bain à ma chambre ;) Et surtout il est très très bien situé. L'appartement reste calme, sans bruit. A proximité : Il y a une ligne de bus, une station de métro. On peut également se rendre à pied vers différents centres d'intérêt de la ville. Il y a un restaurant local très sympas à 2 min, il y a aussi des supermarchés (Conrad)... C'est génial !

All in all, we would stay again -- we know the apartment, the property manager, and what to expect.

Pros: Excellent location for metro and bus, easy for taxi to find; good restaurants, groceries near by; quiet; well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Attention to maintenance should be better; wifi was out upon arrival + 2 more days; floors were vacuumed but not steamed. We also expected views of the street to feel apart of the neighborhood and for the light. The views were an internal courtyard with views of the neighbors balconies and laundry.

Perfect stay

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is very spacious, easily fitting four people comfortably. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, making our stay very convenient. The bed and the sofa bed were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The self-check-in process was smooth, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift, which made us feel even more at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome! Thank you❤️

Pros: Dwa pokoje zapewniające prywatność. Wygodne łóżka czystość

Cons: Wymeldiwanue o 10. Nie ma możliwości pozostawienia bagażu przy późniejszym odlocie. Choć przechowalnie bagażu są wszędzie w Rzymie.

Ubicación perfecta y espacioso

Pros: La ubicación a 15 min andando al Coliseo y 20 de Termini estación, muy cerca de la boca de metro y autobuses al centro, el cuarto de baño muy bien y ducha con presión y la cocina estaba muy bien pero le faltaban tazas que solo había dos y faltan algunos enchufes en cocina. La rapidez de contestación por parte de la empresa. El detalle del café y champán genial.

Cons: El check out es a las 10h muy temprano y teniendo en cuenta que el check in es a las 16h. la lavadora estaba lleno de agua sucia el tambor y el cajetín del detergente no se puede abrir. El sofá cama tenia el colchon hundido en el centro y tenias que dormir en el centro para no volcarte. La limpieza pondría de nota un 6 porque habia unos calcetines de los inquilinos anteriores debajo de la estanteria perchero del salón.

Pros: Un apartamento muy confortable y el anfitrión muy amable , estaba limpio y las camas muy cómodas. Recomendable para una estancia de cuatro o cinco días. Cerca del metro y andando 10 min estabas en el Coliseum
