Pros: We spent a week at the Great Maison apartment in Rome, and our experience was absolutely excellent. The apartment is very well located, just 15 minutes on foot from Piazza di Spagna, which makes it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. It is also perfectly equipped — the kitchen has everything you need, and the bed linens and towels are provided. A special mention goes to Guido, our contact person, who was exceptionally kind and professional. From the very first contact, he was incredibly welcoming, always available, and very responsive. He answered all of our questions with kindness, efficiency, and great attention, which made our stay even more pleasant and stress-free. We highly recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to Rome.

Appropriate in every sense. Spacious, clean, good location, value for money and friendly staff.
Pros: Staff attitude and smooth process. The facility was very clean and within the walking distance to most of city attraction. You have enough space for 4 people to feel at home.
Cons: The shower area was too small for my taste. There is space in the the bathroom to improve that in my view.

Pros: Eine tolle großzügige Wohnung mit viel Flair - wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden gern wieder kommen! Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt! Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam und zuverlässig!

Pros: L’accueil efficace, rapide et souriant de notre hôte. La décoration de l’appartement , sa superficie, ses hauteurs sous plafond et son confort global.
Cons: La climatisation n’était pas assez efficace, nous avons eu chaud et nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres à cause de travaux sous nos fenêtres . De petits travaux d’entretien seraient utiles : les serrures des portes et le robinet de la douche de la petite SDB sont difficiles à utiliser. Des équipements tels qu’un lave linge et un grille pain seraient les bienvenus mais ils n’étaient pas annoncés dans le descriptif donc c’est juste une suggestion . La localisation est agréable, sécurisante et un peu en dehors de la partie animée de la ville : moins d’options restaurants ou petits commerces Le stationnement dans la rue est payant 1€/h et n’est pas évident en journée (nombreuses places réservées aux ambassades se libérant en soirée ) Le parking privé le plus proche est très cher (50€/jour)

Pros: Fantastyczny Gospodarz Świetny, przestronny apartament z 3 sypialniami i 2 łazienkami. Gustowne wnętrza. NIenaganna czystość Okolica spokojna, pełna restauracji i sklepów. Bardzo dobry dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej.

Pros: Местоположение огтличное, в центре Рима. Можно пешком ходить по окрестностям (парк Боргези улица Венето, площадь Барберини...), можно на метро (5-10 минут ), Интерьер современный, красивый, просторно (мы отдыхали 4 взрослых и 2 детей), кухня со всеми удобствами. Встретил нас с ключами и хорошим настроением Guido, дал нам рекомендации, где поесть, где магазины, всегда был на связи.
Cons: Один единственный, но существенный недостаток - отсутствие СТИРАЛЬНОЙ МАШИНЫ!!! С детьми на 4 ночи было тяжело без нее.

A very nice stay and our family enjoyed it.
Pros: Guido was extremely courteous and professional. He was easily accessible as our point of contact. The apartment was clean and had a lot of space. We are a family of six and we had plenty of room. It was a very good location and we were able to do everything we needed to do in both walking distance and by Uber. We would highly recommend this location. Thank you.
