Well equipped apartment, 30 minutes from the city center

Pros: Comfortable apartment in a nice residential building in a quiet neighborhood. Efficient AC with separate units for every room. A spacious bathroom with a window and a corner for clothes hanger. Two balconies, which I didn't use because of the heat outside.

Cons: Nothing about the apparment itself (well, I miss a cutting board in the kitchen). Although the close neighborhood is nice, the area close to Cornelia subway station, which probably will be your transit point, is dirty and upleasant. The lack of nice places for dining in this area means you have to travel a lot to the city center. The metro ride to Termini station takes ~15 min. A walk to Cornelia station from the apartment takes another 5-7 minutes. Platforms at Conelia are very deep under the surface, so you need 3-5 minutes to get there from the ground entrance. You can also take a bus from Cornelia (lines 46 and 916: direct to the center or to Trastevere with a connection at Piazza della Rovere stop).

Un sejur placut la Cornelia Elegance House!

Pros: Apartamentul a fost in regula, usor de accesat, intr-o zona frumoasa, linistita! Este asezat in apropierea statiei de metrou Cornelia, ce te poate duce in orice punct de atractie turistic! De asemenea, paturile au fost confortabile, lenjerii curate, prosoape curate, vesela completa. In ziua un care am facut check-inul proprietarul a fost destul de amabil si ne-a lasat o sticla cu apa si capsule de cafea! Comunicare usoara si rapida cu proprietarul, atent la necesitatile noastre!

Cons: Consider ca in apartament curatenia nu era una exemplara, cum ar trebui sa fie intr-un spatiu inchiriat, bucataria necesita un upgrade la curatenie, iar pe jos se observa praful cu usurinta! De asemenea, ar trebui imbunatatit si aerul din apartament, necesita o improspatare, deoarece mirosul era unul destul de inchis.

Pros: Nähe zur U-Bahn/Bus und zu Supermärkten /Einkaufszentrum Aura, 2 Schlafzimmer, 3 Balköne, Sauberkeit, komfortables Bett, schnelles Internet, Klimaanlage sehr gut, Größe des Apartments, gute Kommunikation zum Vermieter, Taxi Service sehr gut.

Cons: Keine Waschmaschine für lange Aufenthalte, keine Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche

Pros: Todo excelente. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena. Queda a 30 min en bus hasta el vaticano, tiene paradas de bus muy cerca. El apto muy limpio y cómodo! Volvería
