I recommend it.

Pros: The terrace and the view was excellent. The flat is quite new. The second bedroom is really small. The location is a bit far from the center, but close to metro.

Amazing stay

Pros: The property is set in a peaceful, green area, ideal for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing. It features a spacious huge terrace with lovely city views. The rooms are clean, well-decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Conveniently located near a metro station and several bars, restaurants, grocery shops. Very positive and great experience with the owner.

Simply wonderful

Pros: Spacious, comfortable apartment for the whole family, with the nice view and the big terrace, very kind and helpful host, available the private parking lot next to the apartment, very close to the metro station

Pros: Very nice place in a great location:) The view was amazing, the apartment was clean and well equipped. The subway and shops only few minutes away. We had a great time. Highly recommend this place!

Best accommodation ever!

Pros: The owner Cinzia is an extraordinary person. She provided us with information, support and assistance in all the needs we had. The property is located in a quiet and green location, perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing and crowds. It has a spacious terrace from where you can admire the city view. Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to the metro station and restaurant with delicious food. Rome is very beautiful and impressive, but this accommodation and Cinzia's kindness made this stay perfect. We will definitely come back.

Ottima

Pros: L'appartamento era pulitissimo e munito di tutto. La posizione ottima, metro a 100 metri da casa, dove si poteva raggiungere qualsiasi posto, ristoranti e negozi vicinissimi

Pros: Really close to subway, so I would say location is quite good - you can get where you need with subway directly. Big terrace. Value for money, but please check for yourself. Owner tries to handle the property more professional

Cons: No remote check-in. Communication with owner was not really pleasant: did not get the point, first ask to check what is not working in the apartment and then bombarded with nonsense questions, instead of check everything by herself. If you're doing a business, do business - not push on your customers with no reason.

Séjour Rome

Pros: Cinzia est une excellente hôtesse, sa maison est confortable et accueillante.Elle est à l'écoute: elle nous a proposé des couettes car la température avait baissé .Nous avons apprécié sa sollicitude.

Séjour agréable mais beaucoup de monde dans la ville avec le jubilé 2025.

Pros: Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le logement est digne d'un 4 étoiles, très propre et confortable, la terrasse est immense et avec en prime une superbe vue sur la ville.

Cons: Beaucoup d'abeilles le matin sur la terrasse au petit déjeuner, mais pas trop grave, c'est la nature.

Pros: Posizione comoda alla metro e a tutti I servizi, parcheggio, parco giochi per bambini sotto casa, terrazza panoramica e alloggio molto ben ristrutturare, gentilezza e disponibilità di Cinzia
