Super Spacious Apartment Central for all types of Sightseeing!
Pros: Fantastic Spacious Apartment close to supermarkets and a great selection of Restaurants with a large indoor market close by when you can find a huge selection of products and fantastic selection of food savouries and sweets. Close to the Vatican ... the name of the apartment says it all .The apartment is well equipped spotlessly clean ! Communication was fantastic from Start to Finish... We had Airport transfers both from and to the Airport. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay here ...you can catch all the sights with just a stroll to explore ! Absolutely loved the lift to the apartment!!!
Cons: A tiny thing would be to mention the shower trays leaked a bit , that was the only minor concern which is easily rectified . This did not affect our stay in any way !

Perfect family vacation near Vatican
Pros: We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Rome!! The space was warm, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was excellent—very convenient for getting around and exploring the Vatican. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better! We enjoyed our stay and would still recommend it, especially for the location and the excellent hospitality! 😊

Perfect stay

Pros: Beau et grand appartement, très fonctionnel, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Il est bien clair et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin (en famille avec deux jeunes enfants et 2 personnes âgées). Ma maman étant malvoyante, nous avons apprécié d’avoir beaucoup de lumières. Le propriétaire s’est montré très disponible, merci à lui ! Le quartier est vraiment génial : vous avez 2 bus (70 et 23) en bas de l’appartement qui vous amène partout pour 1,5€ c’est tellement parfait ! Le quartier est propre, calme, avec pleins de resto, bar, glaciers… loins des touristes et franchement cela fait du bien ! Un super glacier à 5 minutes à pieds : iamoti, nous avons adoré. La bucaniera aussi. Nous sommes du bon côté de Rome pour l’aéroport (35 minutes environ) et à 15 minutes à pieds du Vatican. La copropriété est extrêmement calme et bien entretenue. Je vous conseille cet appartement sans hésiter.
Cons: Le bruit de la rue le matin mais c’est Rome !!

Pros: L'appartamento e' meraviglioso, comodo, spazioso dotato di tutti i confort. Disponibile l'ascensore per raggiungere il 4° piano così da poter trasportare comodamente i bagagli. Si trova a pochi passi dalla città del Vaticano. Disponibile a piedi a circa 5 minuti la fermata della metro Ottaviano che ti permette di raggiungere velocemente le altre attrazioni, volendo si possono raggiungere anche a piedi cosi da potersi godere appieno la splendida Roma! Nelle vicinanze troverete tanti locali per gustare dei buonissimi piatti, un'ottima pizza e un buon gelato. I proprietari, grntili e disponibili pronti ad sccoglierti e darti dei consigli. Consigliamo questa. Grazie di tutto alla prossima

Casa bella e spaziosa
Pros: La casa è meravigliosa. Le foto corrispondono perfettamente. Molto spaziosa e i tre bagni hanno fatto molto comodo. Vicino a supermercato e alle fermate del bus.
Cons: Piccoli particolari da mettere a posto. Con un pochino di manodopera sarebbe perfetta.
