Very good place

Pros: Maurizio is a very attentive host. The apartment is on an exceptional location, near every major sightseeing in Rome (Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseo). We are in a pedestrian zone, I wasn't aware of that when I booked the place and it's a very good point. The area is very calm, no cars, a lot of convenience stores (Gelato, restaurant, little coffee shop). The apartment is vast and well equipped. Old roman style, very well preserved. My friends and I enjoyed the place. Don't hesitate to book this place. Highly recommended

Great location- plenty of room

Pros: Location was fantastic. Plenty of room and beds were very comfortable. You could easily have 8+people staying here. There are double bunks plus the main and at least 3 couches that could be slept on. There’s a washing machine a& clothes rack & a kitchen with most of what you would need.

Cons: We couldn’t get the air conditioning working in the main bedroom. This place was perfect for us BUT there are two huge flights of very steep stairs that would rule this place out for any one with access issues. Be aware there is a hole in the door leading to the main bedroom - see photo. If you are looking for pristine this is not the place for you but if you don’t mind scuffs on the wall etc but are after plenty of room, comfort & location we can highly recommend it.

Esperienza meravigliosa

Pros: Questo appartamento era perfetto per noi, due maestre in gita scolastica con i bambini. Gli spazi sono gestiti bene. L' host è reattivo e premuroso, si capisce che è una persona molto attenta verso i suoi ospiti, era sempre pronto ad aiutarci. Per la posizione in cui si trova l'appartamento il prezzo è veramente conveniente. La cucina è rifornita. È ben aerato. Per le nostre esigenze era tutto perfetto. Porteremo sempre nel cuore questa nostra gita e l'accoglienza che abbiamo avuto soggiornando qui.

Would stay here again.

Pros: Excellent location. Very close to piazza Navona and close to a taxi stop with oftentimes, taxis already lined up. Lots of eateries nearby, a carrefour express nearby for snacks.

Cons: You just have to mind the owners’ directions as to which button not to press so as not to trip a fuse. Was our fault.
