Fabulous apartment, definitely recommend and would go back. Location is 10/10

Pros: It had all the amenities needed. Large beds small pull out single, small kitchen with utensils, coffee machine etc. very comfortable.

Cons: No lift, but that’s me being lazy rather than an issue.

Everything was very good

Pros: Great apartment in the center of Rome! The location is very convenient, everything is very clean, in the kitchen there is everything you need and one of the most comfortable beds, it slept wonderful! The air conditioner works well, which is very important in such a heat, I really liked everything! Special thanks to Maurizio, met, showed everything and was always in touch. I will definitely come back!

The most appropriate place to stay in Rome.

Pros: We were happy to stay in Spagna home. Everything was exactly as it is on the photos. The location is perfect, the most beautiful places are nearby, the supermarket is downstairs, several cute restaurants are on the same street. The apartment super clean and was equipped with everything that we needed. Also it is worth mentioning the coffeemaker, very thoughtful. Proper amount of towels was very important for us and it was considered as well! Definitely would choose it again!

Pros: Estuvimos super a gusto. La ubicación es perfecta, el piso es muy silencioso y la cama muy cómoda. Todo perfecto. Repetiremos seguro!

Excellent location, very central to all the major sites.

Pros: The property manager did a fantastic job of communicating and coordinating with our arrival. He was onsite and conducted a walkthrough of the property. Super friendly and professional.

Pros: 到着時にタクシーの中に携帯電話を忘れてしまいました。 チェックイン時にそれに気付き、同行の家族がタクシ－の番号を覚えていたので、鍵の受渡中だったマネージャーが タクシー会社に電話してくれ、タクシーが戻って来てくれたので、忘れたのに気付いてから40分位で携帯電話が 返って来ました。 マネージャーとタクシー会社とタクシードライバーの対応に感謝しています。

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα είναι άνετο, ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό,στην πιο όμορφη περιοχή της Ρώμης, piazza de Spagna,δίπλα σε πολλά καφέ, εστιατόρια, μετρό, σούπερ-μάρκετ,μαγαζιά.Η συννενόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν εξαιρετική.

Near perfect experience.

Pros: Exactly like the pictures, lots of space, all the essentials, we had a great time.

Cons: Only a few tiny things: The shower was tiny and did not have any space for shampoo, hair mask etc. The coffee capsules did not match the coffee machine.

Pros: Property location was amazing and the host was very nice and helpful.

Cons: The room is a bit outdated and the tv didn’t work, yet it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a two night stay
