Well situated place in Trastevere, all basics ok.
Pros: Fine location, spacious apartment. No noise from the neighbours at all. Nicely decorated. Elevator.
Cons: The bathroom is quite small, shower was ok, but the curtain and the shower itself needs to be changed to a new one. Windows are not soundproof, street noise is strong but closing the bathroom, kitchen and living room doors is enough to get a good sleep.

Great spot in Trastevere
Pros: The contact person was very organized and helpful. He sent all information ahead of time, including 2 videos on getting the keys and adjusting the heat and water. Nicely decorated and supplied. He left a bottle of wine which was lovely.
Cons: You can hear people partying outside especially on the weekend

Cosy and Clean Highly recommend
Pros: Great apartment, cosy, clean and fully equipped kitchen. Plus owner Ruben was very attentive and helpful Location great 30 mins wall from all major attractions and great restaurants in the immediate locality.
Cons: No duvet cover, but we managed using sheet, other than that it was perfect and I'd definitely recommend.

Pros: It was perfectly located in the bustling Trastevere neighbourhood with easy accessibility to restaurants, bars and public transport. There was also a coffee shop and ice cream shop just beside the building. The apartment has lots of space and the heating system (both the room heater and the water heater) was great. The bed could have been better but we were happy with it and totally worth the money. Ruben was very helpful and always easily reachable.
Cons: Nothing specific.

Pros: Calefacción para toda la casa, amplio con todo lo necesario. Cocina completa y lavadora en el baño, también un secador estupendo. Agua caliente sin problemas. Wifi perfecto. Cheking y checkout súper sencillo.
Cons: Solo el agua de la ducha, salia en chorros muy finos, aunque con mucha potencia. Pero es complicado lavarse el pelo largo.

Viviendo la esencia de roma
Pros: El alojamiento está en una zona que hay de todo, desde supermercados hasta restaurantes. Muy buen ambiente para salir a tomar una cerveza en el barrio. Justo debajo hay un sitio de comida para llevar que calidad precio esta genial. La ubicación es muy buena
Cons: Eche de menos un micro y una televisión para poner una serie por la noche en el apartamento

Espectacular!
Pros: La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca de las avenidas con mucha locomoción, amén que el barrio es espectacular para recorrer. La amplitud de todo el departamento, que lo hizo extremadamente cómodo. La facilidad para contactarnos con Ruben. Supermercados muy próximos. Es un primer piso, y aunque las escaleras son muy cómodas, aclaro igual que tiene ascensor (x las valijas). El acceso al edificio es con clave y para entrar al departamento accedimos a las llaves con un código también. En fin, todo.
Cons: Es una zona de bullicio nocturno, pero lo sabíamos cuando hicimos la reserva

Ubicación inmejorable!
Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, se encuentra en el meollo de Trastevere, sitio con mucha vida, y muy cerca del centro y del Coliseo y de sitios de interés. Rubén, muy pendiente de todo. El apartamento es muy amplio y en la cocina tiene de todo. Plus, tener lavadora.
Cons: La ducha presenta problemas, el agua no sale de forma homogénea, y no desagua bien, generando un charco. Aires Acondicionado muy ruidosos.

דירה מושלמת במיקום מעולה
Pros: הדירה היתה בדיוק כמו בתמונות. דירה מושלמת!! נוחה מאד ובמיקום סופר נח. רובן היה כל כך אדיב ונחמד ועזר בכל דבר ששאלנו גם לפני השהות וגם תוך כדי.
Cons: הכל היה מושלם!!
