Good location, nice restaurants in that area
Pros: Location, it’s amazing, highly recommended Space is really good as well
Cons: The small bed on the grand floor is too soft, but upstairs the double bed was lovely

Great location, great aircon, great vibes.
Pros: The location was incredible - a 12-minute walk to the Pantheon and a 30-minute walk to the Colosseum. There was an abundance of restaurants and supermarkets within a 2-minute walking range, as well as multiple bus stops nearby. The aircon was amazing, and the location meant the apartment was very quiet too. All in all, it was the perfect place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing.
Cons: The kitchen was a little small; you can comfortably get 2 people in, but any more is a tight squeeze, because it's so narrow it's also difficult to get past people. The bins were weirdly labelled, there's no food bin and no bin for paper recycling; however, these issues are mostly us being nitpicky.

Quiet place within walking distance to everything in Rome
Pros: Great location; within walking distance to everything in the city; quiet; on a lovely street. Terrific restaurant right outside (Osteria dei Cappellari - make reservations!) Main bedroom was extremely comfy. Had everything we needed for a great stay in Rome. We would absolutely stay again. Host was flexible when our plane was delayed by over two hours and we arrived much later than expected.
Cons: Downstairs beds for my daughters were ok, but not great. We didn't receive instructions for check in until we asked, right before departure. The lockbox wasn't working, so we had to meet up with the host to get in. Would have been great to have the lockbox and self check in working since we had no cell service in Italy. But all worked out and we were able to connect w/ airport wifi upon arrival.

Pros: The property is spacious and the location is excellent for exploring Rome. It is central without noise because it’s set back off the street. It has everything you need
Cons: As previous reviews state, it is dark and there are no windows that you can see out of. A bit of a shame but we just used it as a base.

Clean and big apartment in the cetre of Rom
Pros: Great location, very clean and good equipped apartment. On the corner the best coffee we drank in Rom, in the same street there is a quite new luggage storage, where we left our luggage after we had to check out and had the day still till our flight. We went everywhere on foot, we bought not a single ticket for public transport. It was a great holiday, check-in also went smoothly. And on the way to Piazza Navona, I have to mention the best ice-cream ever (LaRomana)!;)
Cons: A toilet downstairs would be great, but of course we knew that there is no. The stairs are very noisy.

Perfect location, cosy, private.
Pros: You can't really stay in a much better location. It is walking distance to everything (although I got an Uber to the Vatican Museums, Colosseum and Piazza Del Popolo, but made my way back on foot via other sites). The property is rustic so do not expect a modern, pristine condition building - don't get me wrong, the property was immaculate. It had all the facilities you need. It felt really safe as the entrance is from a courtyard with another locked door out to the street. Although a little noisy during the day from other apartments, by night time it was perfectly quiet. The bed is huge and comfortable. The property itself is very spacious.

Top level, great value for money.
Pros: Great location, beautiful space. Good facilities and wifi.
Cons: Little natural daylight in the apartment, but this was not important.

Pros: This is my favorite place to stay in Rome. Very atmospheric old house, perfectly located in walking distance to all the main attractions. There are many cafes and shops around, as well as bus stops. It is mostly quiet at night, there is everything for a comfortable stay for several days. I hope to be back again one day!
Cons: The bed is a little wobbly. The apartment is two floors, so the stairs can make difficulties for those who find it hard to climb up and down them to access the toilet and bathroom. However, neither this nor the fact that the apartment was a little dark made any inconvenience for me.

Effortless stay, exactly as expected and good value for Rome
Pros: Nice and spacious for 2 people, very quiet most of the time, walking distance to most attractions in Rome, (Vatican, Pantheon, Roman forum etc) and the Aircon was a massive bonus. There's a mini-supermarket nearby (pam) which was very useful along with lots of dining options within 5-10m walk.
Cons: There's not much natural light in the apartment and the stairs are very creaky.
