MUY RECOMENDABLE

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy limpio y en zona tranquila. La localización bastante buena a 15 min andado del centro. Supermercado a 5 min y varios restaurantes. El que tuviera lavavajillas estaba genial. Varias cafeteras nuevas y tostador que también estaban genial.

Cons: No había lavadora. Pocos utensilios de cocina como vasos, platos.... Incluir el desayuno no compensaba por poca variedad y cantidad ya que solo incluía una botella de zumo para 4 y magdalenas. El grifo de la ducha no sé podía fijar, se caía y la cisterna del WC no funcionaba correctamente. Aunque comentó estás cosas a mejorar es un apartamento MUY RECOMENDABLE!!

Pros: La ubicación muy buena aunque caminando un poco lejos de termini....sitios cercanos para comer y comprar farmacia súper.etc..

Cons: Que no tuvieran una llave más cetca si algo pasó en el caso nuestro había mucho tiempo de espera para que fuera abrir la puerta..debería usar el siempre de llaves electricas muchos más prácticos..eso es lo único que nos pareció un poco antiguo..El anfitrión muy buena actitud..un saludo.

Pros: The appartment was nice and confi. Host was also nice and easy to communicate with.

Cons: It said breakfast included but breakfast was a few croisants and a bottle of juice.

Малюсенькая квартирка для большой семьи

Pros: Нам понравился хозяин, который готов был ответить на любые наши вопросы. В квартире было чисто. Посуда очень красивая, особенно тарелки :) Хозяин позаботился о том, чтобы нас в ночное время встретили в аэропорту, дождался нас, все объяснил. Одним словом, 10 хозяину

Cons: Квартира расположена хоть и в зоне центра, но пешком это очень далеко от всех основных достопримечательностей. Очень шумно - с улицы доносятся сигналы машин эмоциональных водителей :) Завтрак, который был включён в нашу стоимость, представлял собой 6 круасанов и 6 печенек ( хотя кофе и 1 пакет сока и 1 бутылка воды ждали нас в холодильнике, бесплатно), хотя нас было пятеро, проживали мы 2 дня. По- любому не хватало бы на всех :) Очень сложно было в этой квартире передвигаться - места было очень очень мало. Эта квартира зороша для двоих. Вроде была 55 кв.м. заявлено, но реально казалось что не больше 40 кв.м. И это не 2 спальни, а гостиная, в которой раскладной диван, и 1 спальня с двуспальной кроватью и 1 лежанкой.

Pros: El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos.. Tienes todo lo necesario al salir de casa, farmacia, supermercado, heladería, algún restaurante y la Estación Termini y el metro están a 15min a pie. La zona es tranquila y recomendable.
