Pros: Space, facilities, kettle and even a teapot for us tea addicts. Also convenient local shop and cafe.

Apartment with great potential and friendly, helpful staff

Pros: The apartment is well equipped, spacious, and has a large outdoor terrace, perfect for days with good weather. The staff who welcomed me were very friendly. It is located about 4 km from the center of Rome, so it is necessary to take public transportation. There is a bus stop nearby and a metro station (line B) a 12-minute walk away. The area is quiet and residential.

Cons: The apartment has one small drawback: when it's cold, because it's on the ground floor, it's very difficult to heat. The communal heaters don't work, and the temporary heater isn't enough for the size of the apartment, so you have to wrap up warm. There is a window in the room that offers no privacy, making it easy to see the neighbors. And at night, there is a constant sound, I don't know if it's water or air flowing.

Clean and comfortable.

Pros: Location is in a quite and lovely area very close to the city center. House was very clean at my arrival and the landlord super friendly, he also offers me a coffee. The house is fully furnished of everything, a lots of space inside and outside the apartment. Highly recommended!
