Pros: The layout and space. The decor , furniture , pictures on walls and sculptures were amazing. The two terraces were lovely . Would love to stay there again if we come to Rome. With tram running along road outside it was easy to get into central Rome. Taxi rank also near by and not too far to walk too. Supermarket across road very convenient, also other restaurants and bars within walking distance. Excellent accommodation.

Unique, charming and beautiful characterful property th stand out terraces

Pros: Wow, what a beautiful and unique property - full of charm and character. The carvings and artwork were a delight and the kitchen filled with marvellous glasses and ornate crockery, we loved all the quirky bits of this property that you juts don’t get in many rental places. You could tell it was loved. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the terraces were phenomenal- great for breakfast in morning while still shade and the one out the back had built in shade to enjoy lunches. Easy to get to sights using the tram (pay with your card as you get in the tram using the machines- it’s easy). Good supermarket opposite too. Fantastic communication from staff- would love to return!

Cons: There weren’t any clothing rails to hang our clothes - could be useful to add some clothes rails and mirrors (one of the bedrooms didn’t have any). Essential for a group of women and teenage daughters! But we managed and it certainly wouldn’t make us not book the property.

Pros: Amazing place, big, clean, elegant. The host is lovely. Highly recommeded

Stylish stay in Rome

Pros: Amazing terraces, close to trams, busses and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Two grocery stores across the street.

Magisk, fantastisk og bestemt anbefalingsværdigt

Pros: Skøn beliggenhed. Virkelig smuk og gennemført bolig, som man bare har lyst til at gå på opdagelse i. Det er helt sikkert en ejer, som nøjsomt har samlet aktiviteter igennem mange år. Stedet føles nærmest magisk. Personalet er virkelig venlig.

Cons: Alt var perfekt.

Wir hatten Spass

Pros: Super grosse mit viel Kunst ausgestattete Wohnung. Zwei tolle Terrassen mit vielen Pflanzen. Eine tolle Lage und für Gruppen ideal.

Cons: Die Wohnung liegt zentral, dadurch aber auch viel Verkehr und Lärm. In der Küche hat leider der Abfluss gerochen. Der Chek out war etwas hektisch und der Mann hätte läuten dürfen und nicht einfach die Türe öffnen.

Elegante e confortável hospedagem na avenida principal de Trastevere

Pros: O espaço é amplo e comporta um grupo de 8 pessoas confortavelmente. O apartamento tem muitos ambientes, que propiciaram a convivência. A cozinha, toda equipada, permitiu fazermos refeições e o comércio local tem tudo o que podíamos precisar. O contato com os anfitriões foi excepcional. Nos receberam e esclareceram dúvidas sempre muito rapidamente e com simpatia.

Pros: Bardzo dobry i sympatyczny kontakt z gospodarzami. Byliśmy godzinę przed czasem, ale nie było żadnego problemu z wejściem do apartamentu! Zaletą jest lokalizacja: przy linii tramwajowej i z dobrym sieciowym sklepem naprzeciwko. Dwa fantastyczne duże tarasy z śródziemnomorską roślinnością sprawiają, że Rzym może poczekać:) Wszystko przygotowane, nawet tabletki do zmywarki!

Cons: W domu jest zmywarka, ale najwyraźniej nie wszyscy goście to odkryli a ekipa sprzątająca nie sprawdza chyba stanu czystości naczyń i sztućców przed kolejną zmianą.

Incredibly tasteful property

Pros: Incredible property, even better than on the pictures. Very spacious, carefully decorated with many wooden sculptures from a renowned artist who was an ancestor of the family (space is family owned). It felt very soulful and a great privilege to be in this space. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. It was ideal for our stay, and the AC was very effective against the heat of Rome in mid-June. A lot of attention to details, from providing lots of snacks/biscuits for our arrival, toothbrushes, and even an inflatable baby pool for our little boy.. We felt very well welcomed. The location is also convenient with a short 10-15 min tramway journey to the city center.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Rom! Immer wieder gerne!

Pros: Wir haben zu siebt insgesamt 3 Tage in dieser absolut traumhaften Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft ließ absolut keine Wünsche übrig, es war alles vor Ort was man benötigt, die Kommunikation mit Annalisa verlief perfekt und das absolute Highlight waren die zwei wunderschönen Dachterrassen. Wir werden das Appartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und immer wieder für den nächsten Rom Trip buchen!
