Fab apartment in the center of Rome

Pros: Great location, right in the centre of the action however apartment is very quiet inside. On the ground floor. Great instructions from the host Irene. I will return on my next visit to Rome. 5 stars

A very quiet apartment but in the beating heart of Rome

Pros: A great apartment in the very heart of Rome. Quite a bit smaller than depicted on Booking.com. Comfortable bed and very clean. Two airconditioners which was good as when we were there it was quite hot on some days. It is on the ground floor but very secure and even though it was very lively outside being in close proximately to Piazza Navona and the miriad of restaurants in that area, it was surprisingly completely quiet at night so you could have a restful sleep. Had the ability for recycling which is very important to us. A washing machine with washing liquid supplied. A coffee machine with ground perculated coffee, instant coffee, sugar, tea and some pasta left for us but we went through all that as we were there for two weeks. Host offered a change of linen as we were staying 14 nights but we did not take him up on this kind offer.

Cons: Fridge would not close properly so consequently could not have refridgerated foods in it for long. Shower was lovely and hot but with a very weak flow. Alot of the holes in the shower rose were blocked so this is probably why. Perhaps a new shower head would fix the problem. Floor was a bit dirty when we moved in so we mopped that.

Pros: Excellent location of the apartment, in the heart of Rome day / night life. A lot of cute bars, cafes and shops nearby. Carrefour is 2 min of walking. Stylish apartment.

Sofort wieder!

Pros: Top Lage! Restaurants, Supermarkt, Eisdiele und Geschäfte gleich ums Eck. Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete, grosszügige Erdgeschosswohnung. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wirklich alles sehr gut organisiert.

Cons: Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Cons: O apto é um pouco antigo, estava com mofo nas paredes do quarto e um poeiras nas janelas

Pros: La ubicación excelente. Todo muy prolijo. Muy completo. Tiene Lavarropas y plancha. Si bien está en un lugar de mucha vid nocturna, al ser un depto interno, no se escuchaba nada de afuera y nos permitió descansar sin problemas. Práctico para 3 personas.

Cons: El termotanque hace un poquito de ruido a veces, al principio nos preocupamos, luego entendimos que era normal.

Maravillosa estancia!!

Pros: Todo, la ubicación y la cómodo que es el apartamento, estuvimos muy agusto. Irene ha sido la mejor anfitriona que hemos tenido, nos dejó detallitos de bienvenida que nos hicieron mucha ilusión, todo un detalle! Recomendaciones y mapas. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento con el móvil haciéndonos la estancia súper cómoda y con un importante imprevisto que tuvimos nos ha ayudado en todo! Muchísimas gracias!!! Volveremos ahí sin dudarlo!!!
