Lanza Tomasi Apartment - centre

Pros: The Lanza Apartment is a wonderful apartment right in The center of Rome. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished and has all you need fot your stay in Rome! The apartment is in a safe and calm area and you are just a few steps from Pantheon and Piazza Navona. You have a lot of restaurants, bars and shops just outside. The owners are professional and really kind! Luigi made us feel at home directly and he is a really Great host! I will most definitely rent this lovely apartment again! Thank's a lot Luigi for a wonderful stay in lovely Lanza Apartment!!!

Our stay was fabulous and Luigi was the most wonderful host.

Pros: Loved the location, the size of the apartment, how quiet it was and the washing machine.

Pros: We were in a perfect location to visit all the local sites, mostly within walking distance easily

Pros: Luigi was an amazing host and made sure everything was perfect for us. We visit Rome every year, and Luigi made the apartment feel really at home. The apartment itself is lovely, with a cute terrace to relax on. The location is perfect, especially if you have small children who can't walk too far. Right next to our favourite cafe and gelato shop, it was just perfect.

Cons: Nothing - we liked all. Even if there was a problem, Luigi was there to sort it out. He was reachable and kind. From the beginning, he waited for our taxi to arrive in the 35-degree weather in Rome, so we didn't need to struggle with our luggage and little kids to find the apartment. It was really helpful. Thank you so much!

Wonderful location, hosts, apartment!

Pros: Great location in the centre of Rome. We were two couples staying for two nights. The apartment was very well furnished with everything you’d need, it was very clean and well maintained. Luigi is a lovely man, he was very helpful, accommodating and was very kind. He even came to help to help us with our luggage on the day we checked out. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and to award this the highest 5 stars.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. The building is old but is charming. Don’t change anything

Pros: Perfect location, huge apartment with so much space, great facilities, easy and friendly check in, felt very welcome by the hosts, appreciated the book of recommendations and suggestions The lift for baggage was incredible!! Will definitely book again when we return to Rome - a hidden gem!

Cons: The smallest amount of road noise and cigarette smoke which cannot be helped being in busy, central Rome (it didn’t impact us at all though)
