Pros: The house is very beautiful and the location is very close to restaurants, bars..etc

Cons: Bad smell in one of the bathrooms The neighborhood is very loud in the evenings and even at night.

A magical stay in the best spot in Rome.

Pros: Location was fabulous. The apartment was gorgeous and enough space for the five of us. The little extras such as the old school iron elevator was a treat as well as the concierge being on hand to deliver my birthday flowers. Sara and Giovanni were super helpful and communicative and we had everything we needed for an amazing birthday trip. Thanks so much again, strong recommend.

Pros: The neighbourhood was fantastic - very good atmosphere. The place itself was beautiful, traditional home.

Pros: Location was superb! The building and the flat were spacious and well appointed. The tall ceilings and the design/aesthetic were lovely! (Much like the photos) The size was also perfect for our large group of girls.

Cons: The blinds in the single bed room weren’t working properly, so we needed managements help to close them then had to leave them closed for the duration. Also the management don’t accept calls on WhatsApp, only text messages which were delayed a bit. The second bathroom shower didn’t work very well, so everyone had to use the main bath. (5 girls) The sink in the second bathroom didn’t drain properly (clogged). Was quite loud and hard to sleep at night with the busy night life outside the windows late into the evening- *would help if they added heavy curtains to both muffle the noise, and to allow easy management of light and temperature. Maybe also have fans available for both extra airflow and white noise.

Pros: The place was really nice. The location prefect, a little bit of noise in the evening/night but just a few steps walking we had lot of restaurants an bars to go for a bite. Just 30 minutes walking to The Vatican and Colliseum.

Cons: Really no complains

Prachtig appartement!

Pros: Prachtig appartement, op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, met veel ruimte en alle voorzieningen.

Cons: Het sanitair is aan een update toe.

Nice place but too noisy outside.

Pros: Big beds were comfortable. Spacious. I asking distance to everything.

Cons: Very noisy at night until 2am. Sound travels from the street up to the rooms with squawking seagulls and many people talking, heavy machinery noises outside. Ear plugs are helpful.

Pros: Lokalizacja super. Wszędzie blisko, można dotrzeć na pieszo.

I would plan on staying here every time I come to Rome.

Pros: An amazing location and an amazing facility, felt like I was living in Rome during my stay.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.
