Breve soggiorno a Roma

Pros: L’appartamento si trova in un condominio molto bello e in una zona comoda ai servizi, sia per il trasporto che per market e bar, ristoranti pizzerie. Le camere confortevoli, non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina mi è sembrata ben fornita. Il gestore molto gentile e disponibile.

Pros: 1. Надзвичайно приємний і уважний господар. 2. Респектабельний район із дуже гарним і доглянутим двором. 3. Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання — можна приготувати їжу чи випрати речі. 4. Вікна виходять у тихий внутрішній двір, що гарантує спокій. 5. Зручний санвузол — є біде, душова кабіна комфортна у користуванні. 6. Поблизу кілька хороших магазинів і затишних кафе. 7. Фото відповідають реальності.

Cons: 1. Більшість меблів і побутової техніки — бюджетного класу й уже мають солідний пробіг. Дещо потребує дрібного ремонту і не працює як слід. Але в цілому нормально. Якби оновити меблі, це б суттєво підвищило рівень приміщення. 2. Площа апартаментів велика, але не надто раціональна. 3. Помешкання розташоване на напівцокольному поверсі: у спеку це плюс, але наприкінці жовтня було трохи прохолодно. В холодну пору року запитуйте інструкції по використанню опалення (котел і радіатори є).

Pros: Posizione ottima, nel più bel quartiere residenziale di Roma. Il proprietario disponibile e gentile. Nonostante la mancanza di aria condizionata, l'appartamento era fresco.

Cons: Trattandosi di un appartamento al pian terreno, è molto difficile da far arieggiare
