Amazing stay, great location, gracious host
Pros: We came as a family of four and had a lovely stay. The host was very nice and hospitable, we came in very late (close to midnight) and she was there right on time - waiting to welcome us in. The apartment is in a very good location, within a walking distance from the colosseum and there's a bus stop just outside the building complex. There are also a couple of pretty good restaurants/café down stairs that we enjoyed very much. The building is inside a very quiet complex and there's a locked gate to the complex and to the building itself which makes you feel very safe. It is designed very tastefully and it had all the amenities we needed, down to the washing-machine\\dryer. I would definitely recommend it and come back as soon as we're back in Rome!
Cons: The bed wasn't very comfortable (according to my wife, for me it was okay) and the open-sofa in the living room wasn't very comfortable sleeping on neither - not the end of the world but maybe something to consider changing. We also had some neighbors coming down the stairs or maybe moving into the building and it made a lot of noise during the first two nights. I'm pretty sure there isn't much to do about it but just a thing to note.

Pros: The host is very attentive and helpful and personally welcomed us on arrival. The property is ideal if you want to walk to Rome's famous attractions like the colleseum, and also live in a place where locals actually stay in - so you avoid the tourist trap restaurants and bars. The place has lots of bars, restaurants and shops where locals actually go to, so its more reasonably priced, more authentic, and just gives you a more genuine experience of Rome. The place is quiet and with the blinds, you make it dark so you sleep well. The bus stops directly in front of the property, so its convenient. The place is spacious and bigger than most 1 bedroom condos we have stayed in. The facilities are complete

everything was perfect
Pros: Our stay at Casa Porta Metronia was fantastic. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located – truly one of the best we have ever stayed in. The host, Florencia, was incredibly polite and provided excellent communication, making our experience even better. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

Pros: La casa è semplicemente meravigliosa, nuovissima, spaziosa, letti comodissimi, compreso divano letto del soggiorno. I proprietari persone alla mano ma serissimi, affidabili, e puntuali su ogni esigenza. La zona mi è piaciuta tantissimo, c’è tutto a portata di mano, compresa farmacia, ristoranti, supermercati e stazione metro e taxi, anche a piedi puoi raggiungere molti luoghi di interesse, per esempio il Colosseo a 15 min di cammino. Super consigliato

Pros: Alloggio come da foto. Casa nuovissima ed attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Bar, ristoranti, farmacia e fermata del bus proprio fuori il portone di ingresso, veramente comodo. Consigliato. Punto di riferimento x il prossimo viaggio a roma

Ubytovanie bolo vynikajúce. Odporúčam všetkými desiatimi. 🙂
Pros: Vybavenie bolo skvelé. Pohodlná manželská posteľ a tiež pohodlný gauč. Super kúpeľňa.
Cons: Mohli byť viac čisté podlahy. Okrem toho bolo všetko super.
