Excellent accommodation

Pros: Everything, very spacious, great location near the Vatican.

It was everything we could have hoped for.

Pros: The property was in a fantastic location, easy walking distance to many of Rome's treasures and also places to eat. The entry was completely smooth and we were able to share the codes with all of us who were staying there. On arrival the place was spotlessly clean and there was a welcoming tray. It is a beautiful apartment, extremely comfortable with lovely and private garden area. Everything worked perfectly - appliances, heating etc; plugs by the beds; towels and tea towels and there were some basic things there (toilet paper, some dishwasher tablets etc).

Cons: It is not possible to think of anything we didn't like about our stay - a few more pillows for the beds would be perfect for us, but it is very minor.

Pros: Best place we have stayed at in Rome. And the landlord was very helpful and showed that he really cared for us as guests.

Pros: Located next to the Vatican, the location is superb. There are often police cars parked in front of the building, which gives a sense of security. The house is large and beautiful. Very comfortable. The owner is very nice and took great care of us.

Cons: I'm not entirely sure how the bathwater is heated, and sometimes it's not hot enough. But that's a minor flaw compared to the overall quality.

Our stay was perfect in everyway. Brilliant host.

Pros: This is a truly exquisite and lovely extremely well equipped apartment, perfectly balancing style and comfort. It is truly a hidden treasure within a much sought after area in Rome. The private extensive space inside and outside was bright and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The welcoming additional touch of Prosecco, both fizzy and natural water as well as nibbles left by the host was the icing on the cake. Nothing was too much trouble for the host.

Cons: Nothing. It was all perfect.

Wonderful apartment just near Vatican!

Pros: The location was great, apartment very big nad fancy, felt like museum 😊 all we needed was in the apartment, owner very nice, communication very good 👍

Cons: Was a little cold, but air conditioning in the rooms solved the problem

Luxurious stay in central Rome.

Pros: This is a quality apartment in a great location. Very spacious and comfortable. Very well fitted out and everything you could need Spotlessly clean. The out door space is great for a city location.

Wonderful place that I will check first for availability on future trips.

Pros: Great location in an elegant residence that felt like home. Very secure neighborhood especially with police station around the corner.

Cons: The only thing was the space between the door combination lock and other leaf. But that would be difficult to change since handle lock is dictated by original hardware location

Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento

Pros: El alojamiento es excelente tanto por la ubicación (siempre que vamos a Roma nos alojamos en esa zona y lo recomiendo muchísimo), por la decoración que es acogedora, el precio, las instalaciones ya que éramos 6, cada pareja (éramos 3 parejas) teníamos nuestras habitaciones y nuestros cuartos de baño, porque íbamos buscando no tener que dormir ninguno en cama supletoria o sofá-cama, la pronta respuesta del anfitrión cada vez que tenía alguna duda, la limpieza y calidad de las sábanas y toallas, el detalle de bienvenida con un snack y vino, y cada detalle de la casa, todo está pensado para que la estancia sea estupenda. Repetiremos seguro.

Cons: Más que cosas malas, son datos a tener en cuenta: 1. Al hacer el check-in online a través de una página que te manda el anfitrión, hay un coste por la tramitación del mismo de 3.-€, algo que no se indica en el precio final de booking y deberían hacerlo ya que no cuadra con el precio final. Alessandro el anfitrión se ofreció a devolverlo aunque al final no pudo venir, pero no pasa nada. 2. Al llegar fue un poco confuso saber qué puerta era, no la de entrada de la calle si no una vez dentro de la finca, pero luego es bastante intuitivo aunque al principio puede inducir a error. Es la puerta de la izquierda en la planta baja. 3. Al ir en diciembre hacía bastante frío, la casa tiene calefacción con radiadores y aires acondicionados. Sin embargo, en el baño no era del todo suficiente y a la hora de la ducha hacía un poco de frío. En mi habitación por ejemplo el calentador de toallas no funcionaba. 4. El check out es a las 11:00h de la mañana, le pregunté a Alessandro si nos haría el favor de dejar las maletas allí hasta las 12:30h que venía el driver a por nosotros para ir al aeropuerto y no fue posible porque dijo que la empresa de limpieza llegaba a las 11:00h... una pena, porque tuvimos que ir con ellas una hora y media hasta que nos recogieron para irnos y tampoco hubo alternativa. Pero es solo para que lo tengáis en cuenta, la hora del check out sí que estaba puesto en la información del alojamiento.

Pros: El apartamento es precioso. Está súper limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. El dueño ha respondido a todos los mensajes y atendido nuestras necesidades. Sin duda, una estancia maravillosa. El apartamento absolutamente recomendable!!
