Unique spacious airbnb in a great central location- with minor inconveniences.
Pros: We enjoyed the huge living space, lighting, decor, and interior/ layout of the property. Particularly enjoyed being so central to access public transport, local shops, marketplace and a being right behind the RIver Tiber ( great running/strolling location). I read reviews before that the markets and popular restaurants downstairs caused lots of noise pollution, but we did not find that a particular bother- having the windows shut reduced it quite a bit. Most of Rome is quite busy even when we traveled during the supposed off peak season- so we saw it as a minor tradeoff.
Cons: Unfortunately, there was a mix of modern and older appliances. Appliances such as the TV and some sockets weren't working. We travelled with a universal 2 prong europe plug however most of the sockets were 3-prong. When my universal adapter did not fit into the plugs, the host did little to help rectify the problem. Strangely, there was a lack of basic Airbnb appliances: salt/ sugar, sponges, soap.

Unbeatable spot in one of the most vibrant parts of Rome
Pros: The apartment is located in a stunning spot, one floor above the Campo de Fiori market. Unless you live under similar conditions back home, this is going to be quite a great experience. The interior is not entirely new and looks a tad better on pictures (Feb. 2026) than in reality. If you deeply care about spotless walls and fresh-from-the-store furniture/amenities, this should not be your choice; otherwise the vibe is fantastic and we'd go back for sure. Expect the street noise coming in until 1-2am and back from around 6-7am, but I think is absolutely fine for a few days (unless sleeping for half a day is among top 3 of your travel goals to Rome). It did not bother neither my fiancee nor myself.
Cons: We did not mind the narrow staircase within the apartment, but it may be an issue for big guys, very large suitcases and the like.

Loved this stylish apartment. Fantastic location. Authentic feel.
Pros: This was a great find. Campo de Fiori is a fantastic part of Rome. We would stay here again for sure. The fresh food markets and cheap souvenir stalls were right outside the door along with fabulous restaurants from dawn to late in the night. We enjoyed fresh fruit smoothies every morning. Only about 10 mins walk to Trevi fountain, Pantheon and main street shopping. A short 10euro taxi ride to train station, vatican and colloseum from the taxi rank close by. The host Luca was fantastic and recommended fabulous places to eat too. The apartment is cosy and authentic. Great gas cook top, washing machine, iron, big comfty couch and great shower. Beautiful big windows overlook the market square below.
Cons: It didn't bother us but there is a tricky steep internal staircase to note if you are elderly with heavy luggage and not great with steep stairs. To note for the company managing the property: the apartment needs a few fixes. We needed light in the lounge and the bulb was blown. I switched it with another. There were hardly any coffee pods no milk, no water in the fridge, no electric jug for tea and only chamomile tea supplied. Olive oil bottle was empty and many of the clothespegs were broken which i threw out. It's worthy of a little more love!

Great base for exploring Rome
Pros: Excellent location, central to many landmarks and attractions on foot which was great! Really good restaurants nearby, and the facilities in the apartment are extensive.
Cons: There is a bit of noise pollution as the bedroom window faces Campo De Fiori square, and you hear the market setting up in the early morning and restaurants packing down in the late evening - just bring earplugs!

Pros: Everything was wonderful – very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The only thing I would recommend is to provide some coffee/tea and water for the guests. That was the only thing we missed, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Nice place to stay and experience Rome!
Pros: Nicely equipped, comfortable and spacious. Location is cool (with caveat below).
Cons: No light in the living room, the lamp in the top right corner of the living room doesn’t work when plugged into the power point there (it works when plugged in elsewhere). Street outside can be a bit noisy until the early hours of the morning, but that is somewhat a given due to the location.

Stunning view on Campo de Fiori
Pros: Location is stunning. In an ancient palace facing to Campo de Fiori, an iconic square of Rome, at first floor. The apartment is fully equipped, including an interesting library. The seats next to the windows are lovely, perfect to sip a coffee or a beer watching the lively square. Perfect sound proof and a comfortable bed will assure a quiet sleep. In my opinion the price is fair, just a little bit more expensive than what you would pay for a dark groundfloor place and you get much more.
Cons: Be aware internal stairs make this accommodation unsuitable for aged people or disabled persons.

Great apartment walking distance to everything.
Pros: This is a beautiful apartment, from the beamed ceilings, to the bookcases full of lovely art books to the charming windows overlooking the Campo de Fiori market and sidewalk cafes. I loved sitting on the settee, drinking coffee and people watching out the window. It was super clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive, and the kitchen was well set-up.
Cons: It tends to be very noisy at night. There are cafes directly below and to either side of the apartment, and around the periphery of Campo de Fiori piazza. Bring some earplugs if that kind of thing bothers you.
