Pros: I really liked the location – it was definitely a big plus. It’s close to the city and has very easy access to public transport, so you can reach every major landmark without any problem. There’s also a nice restaurant nearby where you can enjoy a good meal, and a Lidl just around the corner, perfect for grabbing all the essentials.I liked everything about the place! The apartment was clean, had air conditioning – which was super important – a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious, comfortable bathroom. What more could you ask for? I was there with my 8-year-old child, and for us it was a 10 out of 10!

Little gem off the beaten track

Pros: the accommodation is located in a great area with easy to navigate connections to central rome. the flat is small but perfect for a short stay. the little kitchen and access to a washing machine made my stay so much easier and more comfortable, especially travelling with a child. we both always felt welcome and safe. right outside of the flat, there are shops, cafes and restaurants with great food; accross the big road, theres a gelato place that will blow your mind and - all of that much cheaper and better than the city centre.

Cons: i grew up in old tower blocks, so it wasn't really a big deal for me but the old plumbing might be a problem to some people who never experienced it. the toilet is loud and the shower's temperature is hard to set. also i'd probably add some more pillows on the bed.

Pros: Only 3 minutes to the bus stop where you can go in every place in Rome, the flat was amazing, clean, high maintenance and the owners were very helpful and kind

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment, looks like it was refurbished recently. Kitchen is well equipped, there's a washing machine in the apartment, and an iron and ironing board for your clothes. There's a Lidl right next to the building, and other supermarkets not much further. Bus stop is a 2 minute walk, and takes you to Tiburtina station in 2-3 stops (you can take the metro from there) so getting to the city centre is easy. The guests were super nice as well.

Cons: It would be nice if there were some consumable items in the kitchen that are useful for cooking, but not worth buying a whole pack for the few days you are there (for example salt, oil, aluminium foil etc). Although they mentioned there is some law saying they can't leave food for the guests.

Pros: Great location, very close to the city center. There's a nice bistrot right down the alley. Apparently the apartment is new, everything is clean and comfortable.

Pros: El apartamento está muy lindo y cómodo. La estación de autobús está muy cerca y hay muchos locales comerciales cerca para comprar lo necesario. El apartamento cuenta con lavadora y una cocina equipada.

Cons: El apartamento está alejado de los puntos de interés, por lo que hay que tomar varios buses para movilizarse. La calle donde está el departamento es muy transitada, por lo que hay un poco de ruido.

Cons: A questo prezzo almeno una colazione discreta e la macchinetta del caffè con cialde, comunque tutto sommato bene

MARAVILLOSA

Pros: la ubicación esta muy bien, se puede aparcar con facilidad, justo abajo hay un LIDL por lo que puedes hacer la compra y subirla. El apartamento tiene nevera, horno, vitro...de todo. Tambien hay una cafeteria en la esquina que esta todo muy bueno

Cons: Se colaron pajaros en el cajon de la persiana, que una vez ahuyentados se volvieron a colar en el cajon y el ruido de los pajaros era molesto (golondrinas)

Pros: - bequem, gut erreichbar, guter Preis, schöne Einrichtung.

Cons: - Dusche sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig (ständiger Wechsel von heiß und kalt, sowie unterschiedlicher Wasserdruck ständig.
