A beautiful flat in Rome
Pros: This flat in Rome is an absolute gem! Location is perfect, just 3-4 mins walking form Trevi fountain and walkable distance to all the sites. The flat is beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you can need. Feels like a home while travelling and we loved our stay there. Fully equipped kitchen in case you want to cook and very useful for preparing breakfast when travelling with a hungry toddler. Comfortable beds, beautiful rooms. Lots of attention to details like having a lot of toys and books for children (many thanks, much appreciated). The booking process and contact with the property was very smooth and we were expected therefore no waiting time. We would highly recommend this flat to anyone who wants to enjoy a great time in Rome and feel like home. Would love to return!
Cons: We loved everything in this flat. No negative comments.

Lovely apartment, fabulous location, excellent hosts and taxi service
Pros: The location was excellent. The host was most helpful. The apartment had almost everything you need, with a little blue book with lots of useful local information. The outdoor space is very cosy and charming. The taxi service were most accommodating, professional and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
Cons: The bedroom at the back of the property is not for light sleepers, (although beautiful), you can hear the fountain in the square below the property.

Fantastic flat right off Piazza Trevi
Pros: Simin was great, got a couple of WhatsApps before, she met us on time on the day, and we kept in contact during our stay.
Cons: There is an AC hum, not from the property but next door (?) that goes on day and night. Not sure what you can do about it but it did keep us awake on the first night.

The apartment itself is amazing, but need to consider the elevator and the exterior noise.
Pros: The apartment itself is amazing!!! It is clean, spacious, perfectly equipped. The beds are comfortable, there is a lot of storage space. The living room is large, and it was very fun to spend time together. We really liked the apartment itself.
Cons: Noise - There was some kind of machine noise from outside of the apartment, like the sound of an engine. It was going on and off all the time (about 10 seconds \

This is the only place I’ll ever stay in Rome! It’s perfect!
Pros: EVERYTHING was wonderful. This had been the owner’s home and it was beautiful - the furniture, the artwork, all the amenities. The location was walking distance to everywhere in Rome and the street it was on is filled with great little shops and restaurants. The owner greeted us when we arrived with treats and Prosecco. I will definitely come back next year— it’s like my home away from home. She was also so kind and responsive to any of our needs…I have a new friend in Rome!
Cons: It was all perfect.

Pros: Wszystko :). Wyposażenie perfekcyjne. Mieliśmy nawet siatki na zakupy, o wyposażenie łazienki jak w domu, nawet prostownica była. X box, zabawki, gry, książki. Na kuchni również jak w domu u dobrej gospodyni. Na dole sklep z wędlinami i serami, które można przed zakupem spróbować.
Cons: Nie było nic do czego się przyczepić.

Pros: 리노베이션 후 우리 가족이 두 번째 게스트라며 호스트가 반겨주었습니다. 모든 것이 매우 깨끗했으며(숙소 뿐 아니라 공용복도 등 공용 공간도 매우 깨끗합니다.) 숙소 내 감각있는 소품들을 구경하는 재미도 좋았습니다. 겨울 로마 방문이라 춥지 않을까 걱정했는데 매우 따뜻했고 화장실은 바닥까지 난방이 되어 특히 좋았습니다. 아침을 주로 집에서 해결했는데 충분한 식기 도구가 청결하게 마련되어 있어 로마에 머무르는 내내 불편함이 없었습니다. 5식구가 지내는데 화장실이 2개라 전혀 부족함이 없었고 넓은 침대가 3개나 마련되어 있어 잠자리 역시 풍족했습니다. 트레비 분수가 가까이 있어 오며 가며 트레비 구경하기 좋았고 늦은 밤이나 이른 아침에 다니기에도 매우 안전했습니다. 집 자체도 3중 안전장치 (대문, 중간 문, 숙소 현관문)가 되어 있어 매우 안전합니다. 콜로세움, 베네치아 광장, 스페인 광장, 판데온, 나보나 광장, 떼르미니 기차역 등 로마의 주요 관광지 대부분을 걸어다니기에 1km 내외로 가까웠고, 숙소 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있어 대중 교통 이용도 매우 쉬었습니다. 지하철 역도 가까이 있어 바티칸 이동시 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터가 있어 짐 이동 하기도 편리합니다. 집 근처에 유명한 파스타 맛집과 피자 맛집이 있으니 이 숙소에 들른다면 꼭 이용해보세요. 특히 파스타 맛집은 웨이팅이 길었는데 집에서 대기하다 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 집 바로 앞에 기념품 가게가 바로 있고, 근처에 까르푸, 맥도널드 등 쇼핑이나 식료품 구입하기도 유용했습니다. 호스트의 응대 또한 매우 빠르고 친절했으며 관광 정보나 공항 이동 교통편 등 필요한 서비스를 미리 잘 제공해주었습니다. 우리 가족 모두 이번에 머무른 숙소에 대해 매우 만족했습니다. 로마를 다시 방문할 기회가 또 생긴다면 꼭 다시 찾고 싶은 곳입니다.
Cons: 아쉬운 점은 전혀 없었습니다.
