Charming apartment in Trastevere

Perfect for a short stay to Rome. Beautifully decorated. Perfect location.

Pros: Location was perfect. Easy to get the bus to most tourist locations. Pretty area. Host recommended a great restaurant which we went to every evening. The apartment was beautifully decorated and warm. A good size apartment for a couple or a family with one child. The sofa bed in the lounge is comfortable and easy to use. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it looked well equipped for simple meals.

Cons: The bed was a too soft for us - with a dip in the middle. But the host provided extra pillows. A stove top coffee maker would have been useful for early morning coffee on the balcony.

Really good experience-can’t fault a thing.

Pros: Excellent location in Trastevere! Bus stop right outside the building. Clean and spacious apartment with a very friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others!

My family and I had a good time in Rome in spite of the hot weather (37*C). Stefano is a star !

Pros: The property is clean and spacy and has a lift to go up the 4th floor. Location is perfect for city and surrounding excursions. Bus stop is situated right in front of the property or a few steps away for another stop to catch a bus downtown. Stefano is a star! Friendly gent and he makes us feel at home. He gave us maps and tips to get around.

Cons: Due to a booking pricing error between property and booking.com, we had to cough up an extra 135 euros for the apartment (3 nights stay). Because the error wasn't mine, Stefano gave us 10% discount so that was a kind gesture, thank you. Also, had to pay 70 euros Tourist Tax (4 pax) which we were not aware of but I believe this is mandatory in Rome; rates depending on the category of the accommodation.

Pros: Exactly what is advertised : a charming appartment in a quiet street of Trastevere, beautiful surroundings, bus stop a few meters away to the center or Rome, and stefano is friendly and helpful. Great !

Cons: The kitchen is minimalistic, but this should not be a problem given the number of excellent restaurants nearby.

Appartamento silenzioso, spazioso, comodo ai servizi e dotato di tutti i confort

Pros: La cortesia di Stefano è veramente eccezionale, una persona molto educata e raffinata che si riflette nell'appartamento: molto pulito, silenzioso, dotato di tutti i confort e necessità, comodo all'autobus da/per stazione termini e vicino ai ristorantini di Trastevere

Pros: Me gustó todo, lo que mas recalco es la atención del dueño. Un 10!!

Pros: El piso es cómodo para 4 personas, tiene un sillón que se hace cama de 2 plazas muy cómodo y una habitación. El baño muy bien, grande y cómodo. Con calefacción y aire acondicionado.

Pros: A házigazda rendkívül kedves és segítőkész! A lakás tiszta és jól felszerelt. A környék csendes. Pár perc sétára bolt, patika étterem. A szállás Trastevere kifejezetten csendes, nyugodt részén van, de egy könnyed sétányira a negyed nyüzsgő élettel teli bárok és jobbnál jobb éttermeitől. Reméljük hamarosan visszatérünk!

Pros: Lo agradable, amplio y con una muy buena ubicación, es un barrio muy tranquilo justo para descansar y un plus que su lavadora funciona a la perfección.
