Pros: The apartment is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bus stop for city center is just near the building. There are good places for dinner and drinks nearby. Nice apartment buildings with common garden area in a safety neighborhood.

Cons: There was no internet all of the time during our stay, there were issues with both toilets.

Pros: Spacious and sunny apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Close to the shop and restaurants. Bus stops just a stone's throw away. Bus 85 will take you right to the Coloseum and metro stops. There is a new couch in the living room, another form the photos - I think more comfortable. The apartment is equipped with hair dryer, washing maschine (with washing powders) and dishwasher. Contact with the owner was excellent - every few days he asked if evertyhing is all right and brought things when sth was missing :) I can really recommend this place. P.S. The building has a beautiful elevator!

Cons: Some of the furniture in the kitchen is damaged, like countertop close to the tap or shelves. Not enough large glasses with ears. One bin while there is a trash segregation demanded.

Pros: The hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartment was perfect for the 5 of us and had all the necessary utilities, the beds in particular were very comfortable 😊. Stefano also helped us with the airport transport on departure, which was very quick.

Pros: Bardzo pomocna i zaangażowana obsługa Na miejscu okazało się z mojej winy że zarezerwowałam apartament na 2 osoby zamiast na 6. Obsługa szybko i sprawnie przygotowała brakujące łóżka. Blisko sklep spożywczy i dobra cukiernia. Bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z najważniejszymi.punktami Rzymu.Elastyczność i łatwość kontaktu. Byli bardzo pomocni

Wonderful stay!

Pros: Everything about the property was great-Michela our host was wonderful. We requested a fan for one of the rooms and the next day she brought it. There are a couple of local family owned restaurants in the neighborhood - big plus for that. Metro is walking distance. Would stay here again.

Cons: The faucet in the kitchen could be upgraded

Pros: Michela zelo prijazna, ustrežljiva in nam je takoj pomagala rešiti vse, kar smo potrebovali. Lokacija ok, zadnji dan smo lahko kovčke pustili pri njih, da jih nismo tovorili okrog, uredila nam je taksi, res, zelo ustrezljiva.

Cons: Posteljnina ni delovala ravno čista za moj občutek....

Pros: We absolutely loved the apartment! It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The building entrance was also a pleasant surprise – beautiful and felt very secure. A huge plus is the bus stop directly in front of the apartment, making it super convenient to get to the city center in just 15 minutes. Our host, Michela, was incredibly attentive and responsive; she was always available to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
