Pros: Excellent apartment for a family with kids. It had everything that we needed for a 5 day stay. Perfect location to explore the sights.

Cons: Basement apartment so the towels felt a bit damp.

Pros: It was so clean, easy to find the place & the appartment has the all variety you need for the towels ,covers bed was very clean there is a station bus infront of the building &the sight seeing not far away

Great location in safe neighbourhood

Pros: The location of Lusitiny Apartment was great. It was in area that felt very safe, and about a (very pleasant) 25 minute walk into central Rome (which we found quicker and preferable to public transport). This location gave us the advantage of being able to enjoy restaurants for dinner that were catering for locals (meaning the food was out of this world, and we weren't paying tourist prices!). One particularly stand out restaurant was Osteria 22quattro, which was about 5 minute walk from the apartment. There was a supermarket for any essentials we needed which was about a 2 minute walk away. Our host was great, and gave fantastic instructions to find the apartment. Host checked in with us via Whatsapp to check all was OK for us. Apartment had key lock box, as well as door code. All in all, great value for price.

Cons: It is a basement apartment, so natural light is limited. I would recommend timing first arrival in the day time to make it easier to find the door (once found, it is nice and easy!)

Pros: Lovely apartment. Very clean. Good instructions from the owner. We walked to the Colosseum in about 25 mins. There is a supermarket about 100m away.
