Great stay - a clean, bright and well-equipped apartment
Pros: The apartment is very conveniently located, bright, well-equipped, and furnished with new furniture. The moment we entered, we noticed a pleasant fresh smell, which made it feel very clean and welcoming. I especially liked how functional and well-designed the bathroom was. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some condiments, and the host even left coffee capsules for us, which was a lovely touch. Communication with the host was excellent - he was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Self check-in was simple and clearly explained. The apartment is just 2 minutes from a bus stop and about 13 minutes from the subway station. It also has a charming little balcony, although we didn’t use it much due to the rainy and cold weather during our stay. We also received breakfast vouchers, which we used at a pastry shop just 30 meters from the building - the coffee and pastries there were excellent.
Cons: There was no place to hang a coat at the entrance, and the internet connection was unreliable during our stay. We were there for three nights, and about half the time we had no connection, while the rest of the time it was very slow. The host was responsive and tried to help us promptly, but unfortunately the issue wasn’t fully resolved.

Beautifully presented and exceptionally clean
Pros: The Caruso Regal House was beautifully presented and exceptionally well cleaned - everything was spotless. The bedding, the mattress, and the pillows were comfortable. There were extra pillows and covers in the wardrobes. There was a coffee machine, and the host provided coffee pods and tea. The apartment has a nice balcony with seating options to have a coffee outside. Plenty of public transport around the property - we took the Metro (the closest stop is Re Di Roma) -12-15min walk from the apartment. We have also used bus services - 360 has a stop 150m from the apartment. The host, Alessandro, was great at communicating and checking on us if we needed anything throughout the stay. He provided us with lot of links and recommendations of good ice cream and pizza restaurants and cafes. Tips on public transport and supermarkets. All in all, really helpful and caring about his guests.
Cons: There was not much we didn't like about this property. If I have to be really picky here, we selected the property with an included breakfast. The host provided us with 10 vouchers - €2,50 each to use in a local cafe (total of €25 for 4 days) The problem was that this particular coffee shop doesn't offer your typical continental breakfast with eggs, meat, etc. It had a lot of sweet pastries, sandwiches, and all types of coffee. We used the vouchers within the first 2 days and had to cover our breakfast for the remainder of our stay. Again, this was not an issue for us, but if you are a big breakfast eater and prefer to have a large breakfast with eggs, bacon, beans, etc., maybe the best option is to opt out of the included breakfast and organize your own. The apartment has a cooking facility and pots and pans, so you can cook your own feast.

It was perfect.
Pros: Was very clean and spatious. It has a balcony to an interior garden which was amazing to use during early morning and late evenings. The bathroom and the bedroom are very spatious. The host is super responsive and helpful.
Cons: There was nothing I disliked.

Pros: Alessandro is very hospitable and helpful in every way. From the very beginning he sent valuable tips for accommodation. On the spot he was waiting for us and showed us the apartment. The flat is so clean, spacious and modern. Location very good, quiet neighborhood and close to the subway. I rate the stay 10/10, I will certainly recommend this place to my family and friends. Perfect apartment in Rome!
Pros: I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully renovated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, and Alessandro was an amazing host—always available, friendly, and attentive to every detail. From start to finish, it was an incredible experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. A perfect 10/10 <3

Perfect!
Pros: The stay in the apartment was great. The apartment is modern, clean, with all the amenities. The host greeted us personally and was helpful. The location of the apartment is perfect, in a quiet area, close to public transport. It took us 20-25 minutes to get to the colosseum. Breakfasts in a nearby cafe exceeded our expectations. Delicious croissants and coffee. I recommend this apartment to everyone!

Pros: The apartment was very clean. The host was a huge help, even though check in was at 2:00pm, he prepared the house at 12:00am. Gave us some guidance files with suggestions , that helped a lot. Definitely recommend.

Niezapomniany, wyjątkowy, w dobrym stylu.
Pros: Z całego serca polecamy ten apartament każdemu, kto odwiedza Rzym. Jest pięknie urządzony, stylowy i bardzo wygodny. Mieszkanie było nieskazitelnie czyste i idealnie przygotowane na nasz pobyt. Apartament znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowany z resztą miasta, co ułatwia zwiedzanie wszystkich głównych atrakcji. Właściciel, Alessandro, jest niezwykle miły i profesjonalny. Zawsze był do naszej dyspozycji, odpowiadając na wszystkie nasze pytania i spełniając nasze prośby z wielką starannością i sprawnością. W ramach śniadania otrzymaliśmy vouchery do pobliskiej kawiarni między innymi na najlepsze cornetto pistacjowe, jakie kiedykolwiek próbowaliśmy — absolutnie niezapomniane! Z pewnością wrócimy na VIA Pompei 21. Gorąco polecamy! Jeszcze raz dziękujemy Alessandro - Beata i Piotr
