A great flat to use as a base to visit the city.
Pros: The host Alessia was helpful and responded quickly. The location was just north of the Vatican and a good base to walk into the city. Two decent sized rooms, one with an en suite and then the main bathroom was next to the second room. A decent sized kitchen/dining area to relax after a long day of walking. A well furnished property with the windows looking into a courtyard.
Cons: We couldn't find the remote for the main AC unit - however I did not message the host so it's not really a negative. Also there were portable AC units in each bedroom which helped with keeping the property cool.

Over all it’s a good apparent to stay in Rome, would book it again
Pros: Secured building with 2 gates, 2 bathrooms and 2 bathrooms are separated by kitchen , heating works well
Cons: Hard to get hot shower as hot water disappears is some one on your floor opens hot water tap but to be honest it all around like that in this kind of buildings , one of the bathroom has a mold on the wall

Cons: We had to climb seven sets of stairs to reach the flat. The shower drains over flowed.

Pros: A 200 metros del museo Vaticano. Muy bien ubicado, con un supermercado carrefour de 24hs a 400 mts. El depto super comodo para 4 personas y muy bien equipado. Las camas cómodas, la ducha sale espectacular. Cabe mencionar que son 4 pisos por escalera, pero no pensan
Cons: Cuando hice el check in no me avisaron que había que ir a buscar las llaves a un negocio en la zona. Esto es lo único que no me gustó, llegas de un vuelo largo y querés ir directo a dejar las cosas y refrescarte. Es bastante centrico el punto de retiro, hay mucho trafico, yo estaba en un transfer y me significó desviar la ruta. Hubiese estado bueno saberlo anticipadamente.

Pros: Lokalita u Vatikánu a Basiliky ,pěšky cca 15 min.2 zastávky metra cca 200 a 600m.množství baru a obchodů. Přímo v domě v přízemí bar na snídani za velmi příznivé ceny.vybaveni apt- vše potřebné a funkční, postele pohodlné. Výborné byly 2 koupelny s WC - byly jsme 2 manželské páry.My si nevařili,chodili jsme do okolních restauraci a barů.Ceny úměrné a příznivé.komunikace s majitelkou přes whatsapp rychlá,vždy poradila a vyšla vstříct. Ideální místo na krátkou dovolenou a poznávání památek Říma.
Cons: Nefunkční klimatizace i když byla instalovaná ale na to jsne byli upozornění předem .K dispozici větráky. Chybí Wi-Fi a nestabilní, slabý signál internetu, občas vypadl. K dispozici byly pouze jedny klíče,trochu omezující pro 2 manželské páry. Bylo by vhodné před příjezdem více popsat jak se do domu dostat a kde najít klíče .my to řešili operativně přes mobil s majitelkou.otevrela nam uklízečka,která připravovala apt. Mohli jsme si zde nechat věci a jít do města což bylo zase výborné.

Pros: Estaba muy cerca de paradas de autobús, y de metro, aunque este no lo usamos. Limpio, cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia y para tomar algo en el piso. Las escaleras eran llevaderas, no ha sido un problema para nosotros. Cerca también de varios supermercados.
Cons: Si hubiera tenido aire acondicionado, hubiera sido mejor. Por la mañana y hasta las. 6 o así, daba el sol y hacía mucho calor dentro.

Pros: -zona centrale a pochi metri dalla metropolitana e dal vaticano - proprietaria Alessia gentilissima e subito disponibile per ogni domanda -molto apprezzato avere 2 camere separate con 2 bagni
Cons: Durante il nostro soggiorno l'aria condizionata non era funzionante (Alessia ci ha informato su questo prima che arrivassimo, ed abbiamo apprezzato) per lavori alla struttura e quindi l'appartamento risultava caldo, ma sicuramente quando sarà di nuovo in funzione, questa struttura non ha nessuna nota negativa

Pros: Sve informacije su dostavljene na vrijeme, cijelo vrijeme je netko bio u kontaktu s nama. Nitko nam nije smetao te je sve bilo točno i jasno pri check in-u
Cons: Vrata jedne sobe se nisu mogla zatvoriti te kreveti nisu bili baš najudobniji.
