A good stay in the Eternal City
Pros: Great modern flat near Metro Cipro station. Beautiful building especially inside- botanic garden! Great contact, easy to reach the keys. The flat is very clean and good equipped. THank you for cold drinks in the fridge, it's very nice especially after long trip to Rome with 35 degrees outside:) One on the most comfortable beds in my trips for the years. It's good to know that in the bedroom there are shutters that it's good to close during the day and night.
Cons: The flat has 2 air condition stations, in the living room is better and more quiet. In bedroom is insufficient and very noisy- hard to sleep but it must be switch on.

Pros: The apartment is spacious enough for a family (2 adults and 2 children) and it's fully equiped. The location is quite convenient, near the Vatican city and close to all kind of facilities.
Cons: The apartment building is very old. The road on which the windows are placed is noisy as well as the air condition was noisy too.

Beautiful place very close to Vatican
Pros: Great vibe, great location, spotless clean, great garden. Easy acces yo any point in Rome, by metro(4 min walk), or by bus( just arround the corner) Very confortable matresses.
Cons: There was a bit of noise from the outside at night. It didn’t bother me, but my husband is a lighter sleeper.

Pros: This was the best vacation we’ve ever had, everything was perfect! Picking up the keys was super easy which made things so convenient. The area is quiet and close to all the main attractions, you might hear some cars in the morning, but it’s nothing that would bother you. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I think the best part was the bed, it was so so so comfortable! 10/10, we’d absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to come back.

Pros: Nice bed and pillows. Showers are good. It is a credit that can play youtube at TV@.
Cons: It will be great if hangers are provided. There is a little platform between the bedroom and living room, beware of the steps.

Stunning apartment with a beautiful yard, close to Vatican!
Pros: This is a perfect newly renovated apartment, in a very good location, 5-7 minutes to Vatican and San Pietro. Metro Stations are within the same distance. The Italian fantastic yard with green garden, beautiful trees and flowers exceeded all our expectations. So did the apartment. You feel like in a 4 star hotel. The bathroom is brand new, superb! So is the kitchen! Valerio kindly arranged coffee, cookies, water, everything necessary for first arrival needs. It is soo pleasant when after a long journey you feel that someone cared about you. He is absolutely communicative and helpful. Did his best to arrange our luggage issues and helped with advice re transportation etc. I will definitely come back here once in Rome and definitely recommend to everybody who travel in 2 or even in 4 (we were with our kids and perfectly fit into the apartment.) Grazie mille per l'ospitalita!
Cons: Two things need attention in the apartment: the first thing are the noisy conditioners, which apparently couldn't handle the heat in Rome. And the second thing is that there are no facilities for laundry. So if you are planning a longer stay, you have to mind that. But even all this were not a problem, once you are in Rome and in such a beautiful apartment!

Pros: Fantastic flat, fantastic location, communication with host online, everything went perfect and simple. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: Liked everything, maybe struggling a little with changing water temperature in the shower. Everything else was literally perfect.

Nice (but noisy) apartments
Pros: Very good location and communication to the host at the day of arrival. Small, but very nice and clean flat with everything you may need. Close to the historical center and to the metro station.
Cons: It is very noisy by night, because the bedroom's window leads to the noisy street. Of course, it is possible to solve by gadgets, but it is better, if travellers know that.
