Pros: Lovely property. All you need for either business or leisure. Fully equipped kitchen and big beautiful terrace. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood, public transport and nice restaurants nearby. Very friendly host.

Very pleasant, excellent host

Pros: Very clean. Well equipped, with an excellent kitchen. The caretaker was super nice and helpful for every demand. It was a short walk from the conference center Ergife Palace Hotel which was the cause of our visit. Easy access to the city, bus, metro or a cab.

Pros: The apartment is exactly as on photos. You will have everything you need during the stay including fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher. It is extremely clean and tidy. The street is quite and its comfortable to sleep with open windows. My favorite - nice terrace with the view of the greenery. The host was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The location is not the best for city centre visiting if you are not traveling by car. You need to walk 7 min to the bus station, take a bus, then take a metro. Keep in mind that on the weekends buses are available only once in an hour, so another option - walk along the busy street for 20 more minutes
