Excellent apartment, with fantastic rooftop views, centrally located, would definitely stay again

Pros: The location to Piazza Navona was fantastic, and the views from the apartment balcony over the Rome rooftops was superb. The apartment is located close to loads of good quality restaurants, and is centrally located about 10 - 15 min walk to the major sites and the Vatican.

Pros: Great location. The washing machine was a bonus even though there was no washing liquid.

Great top floor appartment with a view

Pros: This apartment was super modern with roof top terrace with a splendid view over Rome’s skyline. The little piazza Simone by the front door is like a scenery from a movie by Federico Fellini. The host was very kind and professional. We would definitely like to come back.

Cons: Be prepared for a lot of steps up the the appartment.

Pros: We loved the central location, all sites are an easy 10-20 min walk. The A/C was a welcomed relief after wandering the streets in the heat. The property was clean with no issues with smells from the bathrooms, as reported from other comments. The view is overlooking rooftops which is very picturesque.

Cons: There is no lift to the penthouse, so anyone with issues climbing stairs may find the climb daunting.

Solid stay in fantastic location with beautiful view

Pros: The apartment was modern & spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There was an additional pull out couch in a sitting room off one of the bedrooms. You could fit 5-6 people. Each bedroom opens onto the balcony. Clean, modern bathrooms. One with very large shower. After staying at the usual European apartments for a few days, the modern bathrooms were a huge plus for me. The location was perfect. Right in the center in a tiny piazza with fountain with shops and restaurants outside. Pizza next door open late. Wine bar and nice restaurant across the plaza. Convenience store 1 minute away. Piazza Navona was a 3 minute walk away. Easy walk to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Beautiful balcony with an awesome view of the rooftops and church’s in the area. A bit pricey but if 2 couples split the cost it’s reasonable. Would def stay again. Liked that the apartment was clean and modern but building and balcony was old Italian.

Cons: The kitchen was new and modern but they didn’t even have drinking glasses which I thought was pretty odd lol They had a few small ceramic cups? Also I didn’t see any plates? Strange. It didn’t matter to us because we ate out but it might matter to someone else. So don’t plan on cooking here. Also I couldn’t figure out how to use the AC and there were no instructions. Def ask about that if you’re going in warmer weather. We didn’t need it in April. Lots of stairs. Ok for most people but if you have a mobility issue and are elderly the stairs will be difficult.

Pros: Un emplacent idéal pour de belles visites à pied. Une vue sur la ville sympa. Le quartier est super. Juste préciser que l'appartement est au 5ème étage (123 marches). Je conserve cette adresse.

Pros: Квартира имеет потрясающий вид на центр РИМА. Мы завтракали и ужинали на террасе. Наслаждались закатами и рассветами , разглядывая самые значимые здания. Видна и крыша Пантеона. Холодильник работает хорошо. Стиральная машинка стирает. Запах ихз одного санузла едва уловим. Мы только через 6 дней его уловили. Была открыта дверь на балкон и всегда проветривалась. Мы были в восторге. Получили то, что хотели

Pros: L'emplacement splendide pour visiter Rome. On ne peut pas etre mieux place si on veux tout faire a pied

Cons: L'odeur de remontée d égout dans la salle bain et la.clim qui ne fonctionnait pas bien dans la chambre

The location and the apartment itself make it a great stay. The long stairs are a problem.

Pros: It’s a big apartment on a very good condition and great location. We liked the terrace very much. It’s big and has a great view.

Cons: Tha stairs. If you have a lot of luggage, like we had, it’s a real hustle although the administrator helped us on our arrival.

Pros: Целият апартамент, местоположението е много добро, всичко което може да разгледа човек се намира близо и се стига пеша.

Cons: Може би е необходимо тента на терасата за да се използва и при дъждовно време.
