Sleep soundly and eat well in La Maisonette

Pros: The location is incredible. Right in the middle of the amazing atmosphere that fills the winding streets and squares of Trastevere. Despite it being a lively area, you can't hear a thing once inside the apartment. There is an uncountable amount of bars and restaurants to choose from right outside the door. Quite literally! It's a short walk across the river to the main tourist attractions (Trevi fountain, coluseum etc) but I would choose to stay in Trastevere again for it's atmosphere and restaurant culture. The memory foam bed is very comfortable, as is the Aircon as we stayed during a heatwave. Finally, Luca is great to deal with and he sent us perfect instructions for keys, apartment amenities and several recommendations for places to eat. A few of which we used and were not disappointed.

Cons: The shower and bathroom are very small. I understand there are restrictions on making changes to old, protected buildings so although we did manage (even my 6ft husband did ok) this comment is more of a consideration for future guests, not a complaint. The shower still worked fine!

Excellent location.

Pros: Comfortable apartment in great location to explore Rome. While Trastevere was buzzing and vibrant the property was in a quiet area. Great local restaurants nearby.

A small, comfy flat in the perfect location in the Trastevere neighbourhood

Pros: Cute, comfortable and characterful studio room in an amazing location. We adored the lovely streetscape and quiet but central Trastevere location. Luca was also very responsive and offered an early check in. Highly recommend.

4 days, perfect location in a lovely town. The photos are true to what you see when you arrive. Short 25 minutes walk in

Pros: An oasis of calm tucked in the bustling heart of Trastevere. Everything you could need is provided, a perfect base for exploring the city. A firm bed, warm shower, tiny kitchenette, hairdryer and even a mini washing machine. Air conditioning & heating, and opens away from the street so no direct noise.

Cons: Nothing. Maybe a second pillow would be nice? We were very happy with Federico’s care and the quality and location of the room.
