Pros: We start with the excellent location of the accommodation, situated in a great neighborhood with wonderful restaurants serving delicious food. Secondly, if you want to experience what real Italy is like and how Italians live, the apartment is designed exactly in that style. It is clean and well kept. Thirdly, the hosts are very welcoming and will help you figure out where to go and what to try. This is not my first time in Rome, but this accommodation will stay in my memory forever.

3 day vacation in Rome

Pros: Adorable appartment at a really good location in the heat of Trastavere. The appartment had everything you need for a staycation in Rome. Even a washing machine, and this was the cutest machine I've ever seen. Easy check in and check out. The owner was kind and responded quickly to messages.

Cons: We would have loved to have had the late check out that we agreed on but there was a communication misunderstanding.

Pros: The location is excellent, in a lively and authentic part of the city. It was even possible to find a free parking place nearby. The late check in went smoothly. The apartment has a small, but charming balcony, a useful kitchen and everything needed. The host is very friendly.

Well worth the money - would stay again!

Pros: The location is excellent and the appartment very spacious. A bonus for the washing machine! Everything went smoothly with communication.

Cons: There’s some moisture damage in the appartment, so if you’re very sensitive to mould, there might be some problems. We were fine though, so nothing major.

Pros: The location was where we wanted and the tariff was reasonable.

Cons: The bathroom could do with a good clean, particularly the shower. The amount of mould in the tile grout was disconcerting. The kitchen could do with a brighter light globe. All the old food should be chucked out so there is not any question about the freshest or expiry date. Some wine glasses would be nice. A plug is required for the kitchen sink. The tiling behind the sink needs repair to prevent water from seeping down behind the sink.

Pros: Posizione eccezionale, camera pulita e calda. Il proprietario Simone si è dimostrato molto disponibile e gentile.

Cons: Rapporto qualità prezzo leggermente sovrastimato.

Con poco se puede mejorar

Pros: La atención del propietario y lo rápido que fue para solucionar los problemas de la calefacción

Cons: No había ni gel ni champú, además la ducha funcionaba un poco mal y el grifo del lavabo funcionaba mal

Weekend perfetto nel cuore di Trastevere

Pros: Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo fine settimana presso l’appartamento. La posizione è perfetta: nel cuore di Trastevere, ma in una via tranquilla, ideale per godersi la vita del quartiere senza rinunciare al riposo. L’appartamento è pulito, accogliente e arredato con gusto, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host, sempre gentile e disponibile. Un posto dove tornare volentieri!
