LINE-UP Apartment

Pros: Overall, we were satisfied with this accommodation. The apartment is quite spacious, the beds are large and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes. The location is fairly good, but along the train station there are quite a lot of homeless people and litter. There are several large stores near the building. Marco responded to our messages quickly and in a friendly manner during our stay. Upon check-in, the apartment was well cleaned. For its modest price, this is a very good option.

Cons: As mentioned in other reviews, there is no elevator or air conditioning. After long walks around the city, you really need to brace yourself before climbing to the 5th floor.

Good option to stay for a night or two near the center.

Pros: The apartment has a really nice location, it's tidy, clean and comfortable for 4-6 person. It has wonderful view, and all the facilities that were mentioned in the description. A lot of small cafes nearby.

Cons: Air conditioner doesn't work. The walls are paper-thin, so you you can hear everything the neighbours say.

Good location, spacious rooms, good value for money and great host.

Pros: First of all, we had a great communication with the host. Marco explained everything that we had to know and he was ready to help. Probably the best host from all 30+ bookings I had until now – he was checking up on us every day to see if we needed anything. I kindly reccommend the place since it has a good location (5-10 mins walk from Termini Train Station and 20 mins walk to Colosseo) It is the right place to book if you travel with friends. In the apartment there is everything you need. It's clean. Absolutely good value for money. I will surely book it again.

Dobra baza dla turystów którzy cenią sobie komfort, wychodzą rano i wracają wieczorem żeby się przespać, a jednocześnie

Pros: Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, do Koloseum jakieś 35 minut pieszo, 15 minut do dworca termini pieszo, bardzo łatwo dotrzeć z dworca do miejsca noclegu. Wokół noclegu bardzo dużo marketów spożywczych, barów, tabbacchi i piekarnia oraz bardzo blisko przystanki autobusowe.

Хороший номер для самостоятельных путешественников.

Pros: Неплохое расположение, но по вечерам довольно шумно, потому что рядом есть пара популярных баров. От вокзала можно дойти пешком. И вообще расположение для тех кто любит гулять отличное. Классный дизайн номера для тех кто любит ретро-вещи. Хороший вид из окна. Достаточно уютная ванная, есть стиральная машина, газовая плита, холодильник, всё в нормальном состоянии. Газовый котёл хорошо работает. Доступ возможен в любое время, дверь подъезда открывается кодом, ключ от номера в боксе у двери. Очень удобно.

Cons: Номер на шестом этаже, неудобно для людей с детьми и тех кому сложно ходить по высоким лестницам. Коляску можно оставить на нулевом этаже. Неясно насколько это безопасно, но наша две ночи спокойно простояла. Микроволновка оказалась сломана.

Pros: Быстрое самостоятельное заселение. Метро, Колизей, Термини в 15-20 минутах. Рядом много магазинов и кафешек. В квартире есть всё необходимое, в том числе на кухне. Тихо. 5 этаж.

Pros: Tutto perfetto siamo arrivati giusto 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Roma Termini, casa pulitissima, tutto alla perfezione, Marco ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino che l'abbiamo bevuta con piacere😅. Quando riandrò a Roma LINE-UP sarà la prima scelta, grazie ancora👍🏻
