Great location!
Pros: Location was excellent. Bed was good. Excellent decor.
Cons: Instructions on how to put the heating on. Leaking shower. Water pressure in kitchen was very low. TV was very, very small!

Pros: The location of the apartment was excellent. It looked exactly like in the pictures and is very centrally located. Pietro gave us a warm welcome, provided great information, and recommended some fantastic places to visit. We felt very comfortable. Fresh towels and clean bed linen were provided. The apartment was overall in perfect condition. It’s a great place for a weekend stay – highly recommended!
Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment is very poorly soundproofed. Sara was friendly, but unfortunately quite unwilling to help with our request. When we asked her to arrange a taxi for our early departure at 5 a.m., she refused and said it wasn’t possible. She told us we could either use one of her partner transfer services for €120 to the airport or book an Uber, which we felt was a complete rip-off—especially since we know it’s absolutely possible to reserve a taxi in the city. We had asked her to book a taxi for us because we don’t speak the language and didn’t want to pay tourist prices. Instead, they told us to take care of it ourselves – something we found hard to understand. We are hosts in another country ourselves and know how important it is to offer such services to make a guest’s stay easier. In the end, we found a very kind lady who booked us a Parma taxi for €55, which seemed much fairer to us. It was obvious that Sara had no interest in taking care of something like this, even though it’s actually a basic service for a host. We also missed a few basics in the initial setup, such as sugar for coffee, milk, and a bottle of water. Even though the tap water is drinkable, we personally didn’t like the taste.

Great location and spacious apartment
Pros: Perfect location for the main touristy area of Rome, walkable to most attractions. The apartment was spacious, modern and the bed very comfortable. It was so nice also having access to a washing machine. Entry to the apartment was clear and easy for us first time travelers to Rome.
Cons: The only downside was very loud neighbours/kids during the day and from around 6am in the morning, meaning a sleep in was near impossible. Nights were quiet though.

Perfect
Pros: PERFECT LOCATION! I can't stress this enough. Close to all the important places you want to see without city noise. And close to the best gelato in Rome Giolitti ;) It has everything you need: a coffee machine, washing machine, comfortable beds, AC. Friendly host who takes care of the property very well. PS. if you like Nutella you have to try Gnutella flavour in Giolotta.

Apartament ideal per anar en família a Roma!
Pros: M’ha agradat la seva ubicació, l’estat en el que l’hem trobat ( estava tot molt net, teníem tot el que necessitàvem, les instal·lacions correctes..).
Cons: El llit m’ha semblat una mica incòmode.

Location perfetta per visitare comodamente Roma e passare una vacanza indimenticabile.
Pros: Appartamento molto carino situato in una posizione strategica e comodissima a pochi passi dai principali monumenti. A pochi metri dall'appartamento si trovano ristorani in cui mangiare e bar in cui fare colazione, in appartamento se si vuole comunque c'è tutto il necessario. Anche se centrale la via rimane comunque tranquilla e l'appartamento avendo degli affacci su cortili interni risulta davvero silenzioso. Senza dubbio il posto perfetto in cui soggiornare per visitare comodamente Roma.

Idéal pour visiter Rome
Pros: La localisation - un bon restaurant à 12 mètres, le Panthéon à 100 mètres, le charme du quartier, des voisins. La sympathie et disponibilité des hôtes. Les équipements du logement. Le service des taxis urbains (appli Ittaxi) est au top (ponctuel, sympa, pratique) et pas cher, à trois c'était le même prix que les transports en commun, et notre séjour s'est transformé!
Cons: Détail mais on s'y est fait: les occupants de la chambre sont obligés de traverser la pièce du 3ème lit pour aller à WC/sdb. Autre détail mineur: la cafetière a besoin d'être détartrée.

Pros: Super beliggenhed med gå afstand til alle seværdighederne. Rent og pænt. Den person der tog imod os var super venlig og hjælpsom. Vi fik en grundig rundvisning i lejligheden samt masser råd i forhold til steder, der er værd at se.
