Pros: Excellent central location, just a short walk from everything. The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Although we didn’t meet the owner in person and only communicated via messages, he was very attentive and helpful.

Cons: The apartment is on an upper floor with a small staircase, which may be difficult with a stroller and luggage.

Marvellous Appartements in a great area

Pros: We stayed for five nights in the „Penthouse“ under the roof. It is big and cozy and had everything we needed. It was a bit cold in january in Rome but there was a small heating and the air condition so it was no problem. The kitchen is small but had everything, including things like coffee, salt, sugar, oil… The tab water is drinkable. The area is beautiful and we reached everything on foot. We arrived with a nighttrain and got an early check in without any additional costs and got a very nice welcome. The communication via WhatsApp is fast and easy. Luca and Riccardo are really very nice hosts.

Cons: Not really a bad thing, but something you should be aware of: To reach the Penthouse you have to climb 75 steps. And the windows are simple because it is an original old house. It can be a bit noisy from the street.

Perfect location, very nice and clean apaetment

Pros: Very nice apartment in a great location close to the main spots of the city center. It was very clean. Effortless check in and check out procedure. Great communication with the host.

Cons: Minor details can be improved but overall there isn’t any real downside

Cons: Furnishing is very very low and basic considering the money asked. Location is good but no elevator.

Pros: The location of the apartment was amazing, everything was 10-20 min away walking distance so there was no need for public transport. Our host Emiliano was helpful and friendly!

Cons: The sofa bed had a pretty thin mattress and it made a lot of noise when moving. The bathroom has transparent curtains so the people in the building accross can see you at night.

Cons: We were staying at third floor with no elevator, but its something that is expected in old center building. nevertheless it was nice stay.

Pros: The biggest advantage of the accommodation is its location. You can visit the vast majority of attractions on foot. We stayed here for 4 nights and managed to visit everything we had planned. There's a café right around the corner where you can have breakfast, and a shop is also about a 5-minute walk away. The accommodation itself has everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with basic necessities including spices, oil, coffee, etc. It was a bit cooler in the evenings, so we used the air conditioning. We didn't have any problems with the water heater either. There was always enough water for washing dishes and showering for 2 people. Everything was clean and ready to use. We handled check-in and everything necessary via WhatsApp and also appreciated the option of airport transfer. A gentleman was waiting for us at the exit and drove us directly to the accommodation. Absolute satisfaction!
