Monteverde 2BDR Family Apartment

Perfect for our stay next

Pros: Amazing decoration and the host had made lots of kind gestures for us to enjoy Christmas in the apartment. Everything you need is there, as well as the little extras such as salt, oil, coffee etc

Cons: The apartment is on the top floor so it is lovely and quiet. This was great for us, although not practical for elderly or infirm visitors.

Pros: The apartment is very convenient to live even in long-term. It has everything we need: a big kitchen, two space bathroom, very good working washing machine,… the whole apartment smells very good in my entire staying time. Unfortunately, the dishwasher is not working as expected, I cannot start it but the whole apartment is still very good.

Showers need fixing! Support staff is great. Read reviews before you go.

Pros: We loved the location: in Monteverde (our preferred area), close to supermarket, great ice cream, several excellent restaurants. We also loved that this appartment is in a building of standing, clean, with concièrge Claudio, with an entrance that feels like Eden. The position of the apartment in the building means that it is quite peaceful, a plus in Rome. We liked the space, the sliding doors and the beds. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms. We also liked the HomeTop team (managing the property): they were very reactive and came to our shower rescue (see below) and also delivered the missing kitchen towel. Sadly they, too, could not het the small shower to work.

Cons: The floor was really dirty on arrival; in no time our socks and feet were really black, which is how we found out. We bought slippers! The bathrooms are below standard: especially the showers: NO water pressure; only the rain shower works so so (and this only after intervention by the management company, who replaced the cable and shower handle). The other shower is not only mini but unusable, since only cold water dripping. No place in shower or next to sink to put your soap, shampoo or any stuff. Bottomline, you all end up sharing the same rain shower. Sadly, this has been mentioned before: clearly the owners do not want to address this, which is a shame because the appartment could be really perfect! The absence of a microwave has also been flagged before. Dishwasher now does work very well. Initially we had no kitchen towel (thank you again HomeTop team).

Pros: Lovely apartment. well lit, quiet, stylish and comfortable. Helpful staff. Nice building, Convenient amenities in the area.

Sembra di stare a casa

Pros: L'appartamento è ben fornito, ampio e arredato in maniera accurata. La cucina attrezzata con tutti gli utensili necessari, i letti comodi. Posizione perfetta per chi deve lavorare in zona Monteverde ma comodissima anche per spostarsi

Cons: Ci sono alcune piccole manutenzioni da fare dovute all'uso e il condominio non è particolarmente silenzioso ma in compenso è curato e ben custodito

Sector tranquilo y buena conexión.

Pros: El Departamento está ubicado en un buen sector, tranquilo, familiar, con supermercado y comercio cercano. Cuenta con lavadora, lava vajilla, buena calefacción. Hay un paradero de buses a pasos del edificio, con buena conexión a todos los lugares turísticos.

Cons: Para nuestro grupo de 5 personas, se solicitó 1 cama matrimonial y 3 camas individuales. De las camas individuales dos se armaban con un sofá cama y la otra era de arrimo.- Me parece que no es la mejor opción. En otras oportunidades, para el mismo grupo hemos tenido departamentos que cuentan con una cama que se arma del sofa, pero las 3 no es la mejor opción.

Pros: Lage war italienisch. Gute Anbindung mit Bus und Bahn.

Cons: Laut ist es. Das ist aber wohl normal hier.

Pros: Eigene Garage, Achtung: Mittelklassekombi könnte zu lang sein. Wohnung mit Vollausstattung Bus Nr 44 nach Trastevere oder 30 Minuten laufen, näher wäre natürlich besser gewesen

Ein schöner rimbesuch

Pros: Eine sehr schöne große Wohnung. Mit den Bussen kommt man überall hin. Es ist ruhig dafür, dass man in der Großstadt ist. Die Garage ist klein, aber ein Astra passt rein.
