Amazing apartment in an amazing location

Pros: The views were incredible! Just like the photos and the reviews, everything was so accurate. Finding the place was so easy because the host greeted us personally, she was so kind and so accomodating just like this lovely place. From the amenities to the facilities, everything was so befitting for me and my family and we would definitely stay again if ever in Rome. We already miss the views of the colosseum and the convenient places to eat right outside the door. Grazie Mille Lucia xx

Cons: Niente!

A Roman holiday that felt just like home.

Pros: The host is absolutely wonderful. Even before we arrived, they had already turned on the air conditioning, so we felt comfortable the moment we walked in. The gentleman of the house even helped us carry our luggage upstairs — we’re truly grateful. As for the prepared food, fruits, and wine — they were all of excellent quality and generously provided. It’s such a pity our small appetites couldn’t finish everything. The entire house was spotlessly clean, the bathroom amenities were very practical, and the air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. Staying here truly felt like being at home, and it will be hard to say goodbye.

Cons: Everything is perfect

Pros: The apartment was ideally located with a great view. Lucia left us some lovely treats for when we arrived and my son loved his room on the mezzanine level. Overall a well equipped apartment in a brilliant location. The added bonus was a fantastic gelateria just next door!

Great place to visit with the family, everything is close by, no taxi needed. Plenty of restaurants!

Pros: Good location, comfortable door opening with phone, 3 wide beds and 2 bedrooms have doors. 2 bathrooms is a great plus. airports nearby.,

Pros: Fabulous apartment , location was superb and it was perfect for us as a family of 5, the children loved the loft : loads of great restaurants near by and we loved living so close to the colosseum ; it’s a very special property and hard to beat it . If you are looking for an apartment in Rome you won’t find a better apartment than this . Hosts were Brillant , responsive and had a kitchen and fridge full of water , wine , crackers , Prosecco , fruit ect for us on our late arrival and it was very welcome . Lucia was always available on the text of you needed her , and arranged a taxi back to airport for us also . Don’t hesitate ; book it ; you won’t regret it .

Fantastic stay at lovely apartment, great location and facilities.

Pros: Great apartment with layout suitable for our group, having 3 full size beds in 3 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very well renovated and equipped with everything needed for a holiday in Rome. Standard of cleanliness was excellent and communication and service from the owner was extremely helpful. The location of the apartment is great for a short break in Rome with an easy walk into the heart of the historic centre and very close to the colosseum and the metro station, area is lively in a good way with some great cafes, restaurants and bars.

Cons: Apartment is above and to the side of a couple of lively bars which could be noisy late into the evening, not enough to bother us during our stay.

Pros: Comfortable, high-equipped apartment, excellent place.
