An easy convenient stay with straightforward check in and check out which met all out requirements.
Pros: The apartment was comfortable conveniently located for us, had a bath and was warm which is important in January The Host was easy to contact and replied quickly to any enquiries about the booking although we didn't actually have any problems during our stay. The apartment was also near to the St Pietro railway station which made getting from Fiumicino airport on public transport. using cheap local trains (8 Euros fare pp) not expensive.
Cons: Perhaps a few smaller pans for cooking. Had a few but they were quite large.

Pros: The location is great. We were lucky to park our car right in front of the building. Markets, restarurants and coffees are all around. Bedsheets and towels are clean.
Cons: Kitchen for us as a family was small, we were eating outside. Sofa is not very confortable to sleep for two grown kids.

Pros: Staff was very good. My flight was overbooked and I had to travel late night the next day. I missed my first night stay due to flight. Staff received me at 1230 am and checked in. Location is 7 minutes walk to St Peters Basilica There is fridge, kettle, microwave, washing machine. And kitchen utensils.
Cons: Noise from next door neighbour is loud in the bedroom. The bathroom shower cubicle is extremely tiny even for a small body person like me. You cannot bend when inside.

Perfect for visiting Rome, lovely neighbourhood , minutes from Vatican City
Pros: Very pleased with this apartment. Literally a short stroll to the Vatican, nearest Metro was 25 min walk. Intercity train station S. Pietro 2 minutes away. Apartment was very spacious, 2 large bedrooms, , huge bathroom with a shower and a bath., well equipped kitchen and separate living room. with air conditioning in all rooms. Our lovely host met us to give us keys and give us all the relevant information about the apartment and all the amenities that were close by. Wonderful balcony view of the Vatican Dome. Located on a street with a Carrefour supermarket a minute away, nice cafe underneath and plenty restuarants nearby. Apartment had a real feeling of a home, we loved it and would definately recommend.
Cons: We could not fault the accommodation.

Super friendly host and great apartment with good location
Pros: Gabriele the host was really lovely and welcoming! When we arrived he was already wating for us with fresh goods from the bakery and Pepsi, which was really nice after travelling. In general we had a really nice experience with a super friendly host and a great apartment situated in a really good location right by the Vatican.
Cons: The kitchen could have been cleaner (Trash not taken out & dishes dirty) and we were missing a few appliances like a kettle or a toaster or bowls.

The property was cozy, close to some landmarks and a great stay for others and great for kids.
Pros: The first bed was stable and comfortable. The AC was really nice, we felt safe and cozy aswell. In the kitchen, there were a lot of equipments to make food and coffee. It’s near the Vatican City, a 5 minute walk from there and close to the Metropolitan City. Owner was nice and showed around.
Cons: The sofa bed was unstable as the nails from underneath. Shower valve kept falling off.

Highly recommended for families!
Pros: Massimo was a perfect host—he was waiting for us at the apartment and stayed in touch with us even before our arrival. The apartment is located in a great area, close to many restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops, San Pietro Station, and the Vatican. It’s very comfortable for a family. A big plus was having air conditioning in every room and access to laundry facilities. Highly recommended for families!

great spot for a group of friends
Pros: very spacious flat with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We loved the vibe, the rooms. The location is not too bad as well.
Cons: There was no wine opener! but we bought one and left it there
