Beatififul and convenient Apartment @ 20 min of Rome downtown
Pros: Nice decoration, well furnished Kitchen, very clean. Owner is very responsive and kind. There is a Supermarket and a metro station very close, which is very convenient to reach Rome downtown.
Cons: When we read the description, we asummed the Apartment had free parking inside the building, but it only offers free parking on the street, which is actually very difficult to find.

Pros: Excellent Stay and Wonderful Host! We had a great experience during our stay in Rome. Rafaella, the lady of the house, was very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information that made our visit easier and more enjoyable. The apartment was extremely clean, well-maintained, and located very close to both the subway and bus stops, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, this was exceptional value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you, Rafaella!

Pros: Apartment is very clean and well equipped with necessary facilities. Location outside of the city center but very good connections by bus or metro, just few minutes walking. The area itself is safe and have decent locations for food and coffee (don't miss Joseph or Irish pub) and a good grocery store. Host is very helpful, giving us a lot of details about public transport, near restaurants and shops, answering to all our questions in a very short time. She also been very flexible based on our airplane arrival. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Pros: We had an excellent stay at this location. Our host, Raffaella, was very kind and gave us all the information we needed. The apartment is recently renovated, spacious, clean and has all the necessary facilities (smart TV, 2 air conditioning units, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.), practically you have everything you need We also liked the location, very close to the Cornellia metro station (250 m), in a quiet residential area, with restaurants, cafes and a super market nearby. We strongly recommend Casa Sofia to those who want a perfect vacation in Rome and a fair price-quality ratio. We will definitely come back here.

Amazing spacious apartment, located not in centre but conveniently connected by public transport
Pros: We booked the apartment last minute, a day before the arrival. The hosts were so resopnsive and they even send you PDF guides about Rome and the area. Raffaella met us by the metro station and walked us to the apartment. apartment is located in new-ish very nice buildings. it feels very local and nice. Apartment is large, very clean and new, with a balcony and everything neccessary. The area itself is certainly rather away from the centre but it's safe and there's a bus stop literally 2 mins away that brings you right to the centre, as well as the metro stop 5 mins away, that also brings you to the center on a straight line. We didn't mind it all, and the commute was super easy. Raffaella was also super helpful throughout the stay as we had several questions (i.e. we needed to find a printing shop, etc etc). The area itself has decent spots for food and coffee, even an irish pub =) and a great grocery store. Highly recommend!

Perfect place where you want to come again
Pros: Great location - you can get walking to any historical places, very well equipped apartment (there were even 1st aid kit), very welcome landlord! Thank you for being in touch and so helpful every minute, your attention and support. This place will be highly recommended for our friends and family.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto bello e tranquillo, possiede tutti i confort necessari ad un soggiorno anche di più giorni. Facilmente raggiungibile con la metro e vicino a diversi supermercati! I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno a Roma!!
