Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet area with bus stops nearby, but it's a bit far from the metro station. The host is friendly and helpful. The facilities in the apartment are well-equipped.

A beautiful, clean apartment in a gated community that is an ideal base for a city break in Rome.

Pros: This apartment is an ideal base for those who wish to stay in a gated community within a 15 minute walk from a Metro station and two minutes from the nearest bus stop. The owners/managers think of everything. It is well supplied with utilities and basic kitchen supplies. It is in an old building that in itself must have an interesting history. The view from the windows onto the gardens is divine, with birdsong a soothing accompaniment. I would highly recommend Casa Epiro to those visiting Rome.

Cons: This is not the fault of the owner/manager, but our taxi journeys to and from Casa Epiro were problematic, including our first and last from and back to the airport. All taxis have Piazza Epiro 13 in their sat nav and stop outside number 13 thinking it is Piazza Epiro 12 which is diagonally across the street.

Fantastic holiday and great accommodation

Pros: The accommodation was lovely, it is quite small but perfect for our needs (3 adults) and had everything we needed as we did cook some of our own meals. The location was ideal. We had an early flight, and the owners sister and husband met us early at the property so we could drop our suitcases off, which was so kind and helpful. I would just like to thank the family for providing accommodation that really helped us have a truly fantastic holiday.

Pros: So cosy.a real home feeling.warm , stylish. Great location, quiet.. near Roman town walls.beds are very comfortable. A suggestion...a little bedside lamp would have been nice for lighting and reading. Kitchen had everything you need . Living room has big comfortable settee, beautiful artwork . Host very helpful

Pros: A rare gem of a 1920’s (?) apartment in a lovely mansion block. Charming local environment. Inside an updated and well designed space which is comfortable and stylish. very comfortable bed! Lovely gardens right outside. Felt like an authentic area where real locals live. Lovely

Fantástico!

Pros: Very clean! The apartment is very cozy and easily can fit 3 people (4 if using the sofa bed in the living room). Location wise: 15 mins from Re Di Roma and Ponte Lungo metro stations which are 3-4 stops from the city center. There are also bus stops at a walking distance. Bus 628 takes you to the Circus Massimo in 3-4 stops. A lot of pizza Al taglio spots, fruit shops and bars nearby. The property is right across a large market (Mercato Latino) and within walking distance of several good restaurants ( I recommend Imperio Inca and Domenico). The host were very kind and approachable. They took the time to explain several details. 11\\10.

Cons: Everything was great. A small suggestion: the water heater for the shower as it goes from hot to cold at random. Another suggestion is that for the shampoo and the shower soap to be placed in a basket or a rack for easier access rather than on the floor. A family member has mobility issues and struggled to pick them up while showering. But these are small things. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
