Cozy place

Pros: This accommodation is a family flat, far of being the IKEA-style. There are bus and metro stations close by, aswell as grocery shopping. We were in 4 (family) and the place accommodated us very well. The staff was very helpful and replied very fast to questions.

Pros: Very reactive and always here when we needed Professional I do recommend ++

Pros: The apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood. Nice coffee shops and supermarkets around. It is well supplied with all you need for a short stay.

Pros: Confortable apartment, very kind owner, little bit fare away from center, what can be advance.

Cons: Floor very dirty. When we took the shower the water goes out the bathroom door and it's flooded.

Pleasant stay. Had everything we needed. Great value for money. Great host.

Pros: The check in was easy. The apps to open the doors was excellent. Never had issue. The host was extremely responsive and courteous. I had an question about the washing machine at 7:30am, He responded immediately. Eventually he sent someone he trusted in to solve my problem. It was not a machine issue. Simply because I could not follow it due to language. The apartment has everything we needed. The aircon was good enough. Kitchen appliance all work. The shower functions with hit water. The location is good. We took bus everywhere. Bus stops were within 200-400 meters. We appreciate the host making our stay comfortable.

Cons: The shower head was leaking. Thew shower place could use an all around blocker panel so that water does not easily get onto floor. If laundry liquid or powder provided, it would be even better.

Nice apartment for families

Pros: The home was well equipped and spacious, close to the main means of transport. The air conditioning was very useful given the Roman summer. The owner even provided slippers and toothbrushes, on top of breakfast food and kitchen stuff.

Cons: Some written instructions in the house, e.g. on how to sort waste and where to find things, would have helped. I would have preferred to have a physical key rather than using the app to open the door, given the risk of running out of battery.

Pros: Appartamento funzionale per visitare Roma con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, vicinissimo alla fermata del bus che arriva direttamente alla stazione Termini. Ottima la colazione al bar pasticceria sotto casa al civico 431!

Ottimo soggiorno in un bellissimo appartamento

Pros: Appartamento molto pulito, spazioso, con tutti i comfort dal phon agli spazzolini usa e getta lasciati dallo staff di gestione. Camera da letto ampia, altra postazione letto in diversa stanza, inoltre soggiorno con ulteriori divano letto. Bagno pulitissimo, vasca con doccia funzionale. In cucina trovate tutto per poter eventualmente cucinare, c'è la macchina del caffè, numerose cialde a disposizione dell'ospite, oltre a tisane e tè a volontà. Aria condizionata nelle stanze, quindi per chi fa un soggiorno in estate non ci saranno problemi. Bellissimo anche il balcone cui si accede dalla cucina. In sintesi questo appartamento è veramente spettacolare, ben tenuto, incredibile per me che ho vissuto tanti anni a Roma ritrovarmi in una casa così bella. Complimenti!
