Pros: The apartment is clean and complete on all things you needed. Biagio and Francesco are very helpful. Our toilet door was broken nearly midnight, and Biagio came on late hours to fix it.

Pleasant stay, well equipped apartment

Pros: Very nice property, spotless clean, kitchen equipped with all necessary electronics and cutlery; good connection to Termini by tram (even though trams are old models without AC), easily accessible from Ciampino airport. Lidl nearby and other shops, restaurants. Has balcony with support for laundry. The landlord was very prompt, expected us for check-in as established.

Cons: AC did not cool properly, probably it was low on cooling gas. The sofa from the living room was not very comfortable for sleep. For people sensitive at noises, the windows should be kept closed (it faces the main road and it is noisy)

Pros: -Very comfortable rooms -Clean -Many kitchen facilities -Good connection with metro and buses -Nice neighbourhood and Lidl nearby

Capitale Bullicante, a little place in Rome...

Pros: What a lovely apartment with all the amenities. Situated in a good location close to bars and restaurants. Within walking distance to grocery shops and the Metro subway. Francesco, our host, was amazing and very helpful with any concerns. I would highly recommend this apartment with all it's comforts just like home.

Cons: Wish we could have stayed longer...

Pros: Located not far from main attractions, nice bars and restaurants locally. The owner arranged for our transfer to and from our apartment.

Cons: Sofa bed a little uncomfortable.

Very good place

Pros: The apartment was very clean and organized. The location is not bad for the price, there is a train and bus stop just in the corner that brings you to city center in +-35min. Biagio was very helpful, even offer us help to find a taxi to the airport. He explained the apartment to us with details and was always helpful when we needed. I really recommend this place and if I'm going back to Rome, I'm definitely returning to this place.

Pros: Host waited for us Tu give us keys longer then agreed.

Cons: Boiler can be adjusted to give more and quicker hot water .. But it works on gas and is located on teras, so it mast have little delay for action .

Pros: Apparte il problema del riscaldamento, che è stato compensato dal condizionatore direi che è stato un ottimo soggiorno! Essendo sulla strada principale si sente un po di rumore, ma niente che un paio di tappi possano regalarti un sonno ristoratore, letto super comodo. Piccole accortezze potrebbero renderlo un'eccellenza (scotex o tovaglioli in cucina, delle bottiglie d'acqua, dei ganci o appoggi per i vari asciugamani in bagno). Prezzo onesto. Detto ciò, 9 su 10!
