Overall, we had a lovely stay!
Pros: The location was great — right next to the metro and just a few minutes’ walk from the Vatican. The apartment was clean and comfortable, which made it ideal for our family trip with kids. There’s also a supermarket very close by, which was super convenient. Mattia was a fantastic host — he helped us with the airport transfers and was very supportive with everything we needed. We truly appreciated his kindness and responsiveness.
Cons: The only downside was that some of the beds were quite high off the ground, which made us a bit uneasy with the children, but it’s not something that can’t be managed.

Everything is perfect
Pros: Very comfortable house with big bedroom. Metro station in front of the house. Near the apartment the supermarket is 24 hour open. The owner of the house was very helpful!!!

Pros: Great apartment for a large family or group of friends close by the city centre. Comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, and a well supplied kitchen. Everything was clean and well maintained. Very easy check-in process and quick responses via whatsapp. The metro A station is right outside the apartment, and Vatican Museums about 5min walk, plus various grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and shops within a block or two.
Cons: Only small issue we had was with opening the apartment. It requires quite a bit of force to unlock because one of the dead bolts on the lock rubs a bit on the strike plate. I personally didn't find it challenging, but everyone else travelling with me seemed to struggle quite a bit.

A lovely apartment and a very welcoming host.
Pros: The property was excellent. It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It was situated very close to a Metro station and 5 minutes walk from the Vatican. The host was extremely helpful and provided information about local restaurant’s and things to see and do. The host booked our taxi to and from the airport and was always just a text away for help and advice. I would definitely recommend this apartment and its very welcoming host.
Cons: Nothing it was perfect.

We enjoyed the apartment, the owner and his help, and the good restaurants and cafes.
Pros: Apartment was large enough, at very good location, at the Cipro Metro Station, some 10 min walk from the Vatican Museum. And the walk towards the Vatican is passing nice park, church, cafes, Ice Cream Shops etc. The complete area called Cipro looks like a good part of Rome with lot of Restaurants, Cafes, Shops and mainly locals just some visitors.
Cons: The lift is small and very limited capacity. Once was blocked with us, but fortunately after some 15 min of stress went down to ground floor. I never used it again. The single beds in the apartment are slightly narrow. One bathroom is not accessable from the hall, just going through one room. Airport transfer on the booking Reservation was confirmed that is included in the price and than we were asked extra to pay directly to the driver, who Maurizio was a very kind man otherwise.

Super pobyt w świetnej lokalizacji.
Pros: Kontakt z właścicielem na najwyższym poziomie. Jest bardzo pomocny, pomógł nam zorganizować transport z i na lotnisko, cierpliwie odpowiadał miliony moich pytań :D Sam apartament bardzo czysty, wszystko co niezbędne a nawet i więcej na wyposażeniu. Lokalizacja cudowna. Metro właściwie pod drzwiami wejściowymi. Planujemy wrócić do Rzymu i na pewno będziemy chcieli się ponownie tu zatrzymać. Poleciłam już też znajomym, którzy się tu wybierają. Podsumowując, wspaniały właściciel, piękne i czyste mieszkanie w super lokalizacji. Dawno nie zatrzymałam się w tak fajnym miejscu.

Pros: Un appartement tres confortable, spacieux et bien placé. À 2 min du métro et 15 min à pieds des musées du Vatican. Notre hôtel nous a donné plein de bons conseils et a ete super!

Pros: Absolutely fantastic!!!! TVs in every room - iron, hair dryer, patio - everything absolutey fantastic!!! Extra converters and instructions location apartment and access were Spot on!!!! Others should learn from the management of this property!!! Great job!
