Peace and quiet at a stone’s throw from Colosseum

Pros: Perfect location, around the corner from the Colosseum but still peaceful and nice looking neighborhood. Compliments for the hosts, always ready to help!

Cons: Some small details in the kitchen would be welcome. Some salt or olive oil would come handy if you want to use the kitchen for what it is. A kitchen towel too. Maybe a better broom… if you are staying longer than overnight, you notice such things missing.

Good location in nice neighbourhood

Pros: Good location, easy walking distance of the metro lines and the Colosseum. Nice flat, very comfortable beds. The flat was also very quiet.

Cons: The team were very responsive while we were in the flat; a bit more communication in the run up to our stay would have been helpful. Simple things like confirming when we would be sent the exact address and access details etc would help to manage concerns ahead of the trip. The website says you’ll be sent info one week before but had to chase a couple of days before we were due to arrive. When I did chase, was told we would only know 24-48 hours in advance. Also there was an unexpected extra charge for linen and flat clean, which you only find out about when you compete your guest details (around 100 euros in total). This is separate to the optional additional fees for extra towels and an extra clean mid stay, which we didn’t opt for.

Great apartment in a great location

Pros: Very nice apartment, it has 2 bathrooms which was very convenient for us, as we were a family of 4. Location is great, 10 min walk from the coliseum, and easy to reach by bus. Beds were very comfortable. There is a large supermarket 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment has a waching machine which we used and comes with capsules for use so you don't have to buy a laundry detergent in order to use it. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome.

Large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment

Pros: As a family of 4, this was a great apartment. The kids each got their own beds in one bedroom, and the master bedroom for us parents included a bathroom. The second bathroom is off the kitchen. The place has everything. Next to the towels in each bedroom was a small bag with body wash, hand soap, a shower cap, etc. There was also a pair of disposable \

Cons: The door code system was strange, and it requires that you have your mobile phone. There was also a strange check-in process where you had to send a photo of yourself and preregister a day or two beforehand. FYIs about choosing this apartment: 1) You may want to look carefully at the distances on the map. The location was good for us, but it was a 10+ minute walk to get to any sites/public transport. 2) Not a lot of restaurants super close. There is a bakery across the street, but the bakery has very high prices. Better to get breakfast at the grocery store.

Pros: The location was great. It was about 10 walk to colosseum, 5 minutes walk to metro and less than 5 minutes to a park with a lot of green space. The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. Would highly recommended.

Pros: For a group of people it is great that it has two bathrooms, spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. Close to all sights and public transport. In the area you have everything you need, quiet and very nice neighborhood and yet close to the center.

Pros: The location was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Access to cafes and deli's was good. Especially Conad, the local supermarket.

We were a group of people, we realy liked the place, very good location and great value for money.

Pros: Location is perfect. The apartment had a lot of space and even 5 people felt comfortable.

Cons: The sofa in the living room is not very comfortable. It's ok for one night, but may cause problems for longer stays.
