Great cost-benefit and amazing host

Pros: The host was amazing! Incredible guy who helped me with some travel issues and was very available. Furthermore, the place is very well located in a residential area. Quiet surroundings and good services around the apartment.

I recommend this place to stay!

Pros: Great location, less than 4 mins walk to the bus station. Nice apartment with a cozy terrace where you can have breakfast or just enjoy your morning coffee. We were met by Roberto, a very welcoming and helpful host. The location was quite close to the center and all the main points of interest, all easily got to by either bus or underground. The apartment was close to several restaurants and local shops.

Nice residence where you can feel the locality.

Pros: It has a nice terrace, and the neighborhood is really calm and peaceful. There is a local bakery having amazing Italian croissants. The staff was friendly.

Cons: It has a good connection to the center, which is 20 mins walk to metro station. But, after walking whole day in the downtown the way might feel unpleasant.

It was one of our best experience, huge thanks to Roberto.

Pros: It was in a beautiful, quiet place. About 15 minutes walk to the metro station (that takes you to the centre in 15 min), which you can do through a nice park. The house had everything we needed, it was very clean and Roberto was really helpful and friendly! We had our own garden, the smell of fresh food filled the area every evening, it was sooo lovely and relaxing!

Pros: + well-equipped ( the kitchenette has the necessary equipment and spices; baby cot, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating, wardrobe with plenty of hangers) + well connected to the center (subway, bus) + very good contact with the owner, his help and care throughout the stay

Cons: - because of the fact that the apartment is located between high tenement houses on the ground floor, it was quite cold in the evenings (we were there in February) However, it was not a big problem because the facility has heating

Pros: Excellent location - we needed to be in this part of Rome. Easy access to the Vatican museums. Good information in the flat about local facilities and how to get around

Cons: Felt a bit cold and unused on arrival - but it is January, so we are ‘off-season’

Pros: All recommendations! The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, you feel as you are in your home. The terrace is perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. Info board full of useful information. Roberto is the perfect host. Near the stop of bus 49 that takes you to the Vatican, the metro station that leads to the center is at a walking distance of 15 minutes and it takes 15 minutes to get to the center.The apartment is in a quiet, safe area, there is a supermarket nearby. I would come back again.

Pros: Lovely place with a wonderful terrace where we had our breakfasts and evening drinks. Roberto was a great host and helped us out both when it came to check in and check out as we had some schedule changes

Pros: The terrace was a piece of heaven. The place is situated in an area with marquets and small neighbarhood bars where you can grab your espresso.
