Pros: We got lost in Rome, and just got off the plane, so we were very upset. It was the hotel owner who picked us up. Thank you! Hotel is very modern, well-equipped, and very clean and odorless. We will go to this hotel again when we have the chance.

Pros: Clean, modern flat. Inside the apartment there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Flavio is very polite and helpful host. He even prepared user manual for coffee and washing machine
Cons: It is not the most romantic area of Rome, but it is 10min walk to the metro to reach the city center. Use Battistini station going to town, because it is down the hill from the flat. Coming back from town, use Cornelia metro stop... Good part of being not the most romantic area of Rome, is a lot of restaurants where locals go, so, use that opportunity...

Pros: The host Flavio was super. He welcome us with the bottle of Proseco. The appartment is well equipped. All you need is there. Location is very good. By metro it is easy to get any place in the center.

Pros: We spent 10 wonderful days in this lovely apartment near Battistini metro station. The place is bright, spotless, and very comfortable — perfect for exploring Rome. The neighborhood is calm, safe, and full of local charm, with easy access to the city center by metro. Flavio and Anna were amazing hosts — so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They greeted us warmly, shared great local tips, and made us feel completely at home.

Serdecznie polecamy pobyt w Numa House :)
Pros: Mieszkanie znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, w najbliższej okolicy znajduję się metro, przystanek autobusowy, sklepy spożywcze, apteka, lodziarnia, restauracje. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, niczego nam nie brakowało. Okolica, w której znajduję się mieszkania jest bardzo przyjazna i cicha. Wystrój jak i aranżacja mieszkania jest bardzo dobrze przemyślana. Mieszkanie zostało bardzo dobrze przygotowane na nas przyjazd, było bardzo czysto, a ponadto przygotowane zostały dodatkowe komplety ręczników, dostępne były również środki kosmetyczne. Na plus ekspres do kawy i zestaw kapsułek. Właściciel jest bardzo uprzejmy i zaangażowany odebrał nas z lotniska późną porą i pokazał najważniejsze punkty w okolicy mieszkania. W mieszkaniu czekało na nas prosecco i produkty spożywcze na następny dzień co było bardzo miłą niespodzianką. Polecamy pobyt w Numa House.

Pros: Pulizia accurata, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. Proprietaria molto disponibile per ogni richiesta ed esigenza.
Cons: Zona molto tranquilla ma un po’ lontana dalla stazione della metro.

Pros: Appartamento comodo e molto funzionale, pulitissimo, provvisto di ogni confort, vicinissimo alla metro: si arriva in centro in 15/20 minuti. Host super disponibile e gentile. Terrazzino piccolo ma con tavolino. La struttura è arredata e sistemata con stile nuovo e molto bello. Consiglio vivamente, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo i calici di benvenuto e la funzionalità della casa. Se volete passare del tempo a Roma ma evitare il centro è la soluzione ideale.
