Pros: The owner was very helpful. He answered our questions promptly. The house is exceptionally clean. Entering was easy because the owner sent us a manual code. Also, a janitor was waiting for us at the entrance. The location of the property is fantastic. Vatican is right next to the house. It's close to the train station and bus stops. You can also use public transportation to get to the city center, but it's also within walking distance for those who enjoy walking like us.

Cons: We would have had difficulty accessing the home by using the app (Vikey). We didn't know how to use the app. There's room for improvement. Information can be provided on how to use my app. I recommend visitors to request the manual code.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay in Rome

Pros: This apartment was unbelievable — huge, elegant, and positioned directly across from the Vatican wall with a jaw-dropping view of St. Peter’s Basilica’s dome. Waking up to that view felt unreal. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Rome. The host was warm, responsive, and made everything effortless. Truly one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had — I’d return in a heartbeat.

Pros: The apartment was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location was fantastic, right next to the Vatican City — on the 5th floor (with an elevator), in a lively area with the best gelato shop right outside the building! Access was very easy and convenient with the electronic key system.

Pros: It's a great location. Just a few minutes from the Basilica. In fact you can see the dome from the windows and can take some amazing night time photos which my wife loved. The whole apartment, especially the master bedroom is very tastefully designed and exudes elegance. Has its own walk in closet as well with. Both bedrooms have dedicated washrooms. More than enough couching places. It has two dedicated beds and additional couches to let more than four sleep in. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Cons: The beds were on the softer side, for someone who prefers harder bedding to avoid back pain, there could have been at least a single couch if not a full bed with a bit harder/orthopaedic support. But still this is more of a personal gripe than anything particular about the property.

Very comfortable and convenient stay.

Pros: Catherine’s house has it all. Very close to the Vatican, very private and comfortable for different family profiles. A very comfortable double bed , 2 bathrooms and twin room . There is versatility with single beds in a small anti room . The apartment is served by a very quick lift to the 5th floor. The kitchen is very well equipped with all things required for self catering. The flat is very close to the Ottovania Metro station that takes you to the centre of town or many of the famous sites. A recommendation would be to try the restaurants on the street below, they are all well priced.

Great accommodation next to Vatican walls

Pros: Amazing accommodation very close to the city of Vatican, and all the shops and restaurants around. After on-line check-in, you receive access to the automatic opening of the apartment. The apartment is really big-more than enough for group of 6. Two bathrooms are included. Everything was clean. There is an ice-cream parlour next to the entrance. We were really lucky to get this place.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Everything you need is in the apartment. The location is great. Comfortable beds. I'm very happy with the stay. Highly recommend .

Perfect stay in Rome. Would love to return.

Pros: What a location! Directly opposite the Vatican and close to all shops, but high enough not to be affected by the noise and with added security. The house has been decorated in a classic style, with beautiful finishing touches that complete the look. It had all we needed.

Practically perfect in every way!

Pros: Loved the charm and the character….and the view! Loved the neighbourhood, what a great area to shop and explore on an evening after sightseeing! Felt very comfortable and welcoming. Lots of thoughtful touches from hairdryers to shampoo and even coffee pods. We had a bumpy start to our Rome visit and really appreciated the phone call from Gian to reassure us about the key access. The Nutella ice cream from the geletaria on the ground floor is amazing!

Cons: Rome was very warm while we were there and we struggled to get the apartment to cool down. This wasn’t a massive issue though and the owners had provided fans.
