Rental in Rome - Scala Suite

Pros: The apartment's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Trastevere, surrounded by charming local restaurants. We were able to walk to all the major attractions like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain, etc. The apartment is well-equipped, including air conditioning, which was especially appreciated with hot temperatures. Alessandro welcomed us for a nice check-in also sharing some helpful local tips.

Cons: Even if the apartment is super well isolated, sometime we can still hear the outside noise in the night if you’re sleeping in the couch.

Pros: Perfect location to explore the city (everything in walking distance), nice and safe area with good restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the atmosphere in the Trastevere district. The apartment was nice and clean and provided everything that we needed. Everything was well organized and we really appreciated the helpful information we got from Raoni.

Great stay

Pros: Very convenient location, best restaurants and food in rome are on this street near the apartment, quite close to all attractions and city center, apartment was very clean and nice designed with plenty of space.

Cons: Living sofa not comfortable at all, a bit noisy from living room, only 2 small shower gels, we had to buy more, no shampoo, 2 rolls of toilet paper, we had to buy more, nothing in the kitchen (coffee, water (at least one bottle when we arrived), biscuits)

Pros: Lots of room in the property. Great location. Lovely balcony. Air con/ heating great. Very clean. Appreciated the friendly welcome from Guilherme!

Cons: Some noise from bar on the street downstairs. Only audible from the sofa bed. Nothing major though.

Pros: Amazing location. Exceptional service from the Scala team. They made everything as easy as possible, e.g., arranging airport transfer, advising on great places to eat etc.

Everything was good. We really enjoyed staying at this flat.

Pros: Nice apartments, good location, two rooms, kitchen, big bathroom. Fully equipped. All sightseeings are near it, dar poeta is near the flat (great pizza). Check in was easy, communication was also easy. We like this apartment and definitely will recommend it to our friends.

Cons: Bad mattress in the living room (it’s better to sleep on this mattress but on the floor, it would be at least straight). Lack of kitchen stuff (dish wash, paper towels, dishwasher tabs). We bought everything but it would be nice to have these small things at the apartment. It’s all only minor things, but if all these had been there our stay would be just great (10 out of 10). For now it’s 8 :)

A delightful quaint, pleasant, enjoyable and well-located apartment perfectly situated in an historic part of town.

Pros: Clean with good amenities for the size of property.

Cons: There are approximately 3 flights of stairs to climb to reach the apartment. But this is normal in Euro city accommodation as a feature of the original construction limitations, and the vendor cannot be expected to suddenly produce a lift/elevator.

Pros: Best part of town. Wonderful to have such space. It was especially hot in Rome during this time so the air units were essential.

Charm in the heart of Trastevere.

Pros: Comfort, heating, kitchen, location , location, location in Trastevere.

Cons: A bit expensive considering the 4th floor walk up.
