Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location. For those who enjoy walking, most major attractions can be reached on foot within about 30 minutes. There is also a bus stop just a 4 minute walk away and a metro station within 8 minutes. A grocery store is located literally right under the building, which is very convenient. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. It was perfect for our family of two adults and two children. The apartment is well equipped: two smart TVs, an electric kettle, an oven, an iron everything worked perfectly. A special highlight is the two spacious terraces and the convenient private entrance to the apartment. Clean towels and toiletries were provided. The greatest advantage of this apartment is the apartments, Señorita Federica always available, very friendly, and happy to help with anything.

Cons: The only minor downside is that some water flows onto the floor while showering

Great base for Rome in Testaccio

Pros: The location is fantastic, easy access to Metro (2 stops to Coloseum), train station to/ from airport, or walking to Trastevere. Conad supermarket 2 minutes away. Apartment well equipped, spacious bathroom with laundry facilities. 2 bedrooms and option of further bed in living room area. The sofa bed was very comfy - great nights sleep. Hosts were helpful and communative.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment about 30 minutes from the city center. We were very satisfied with the equipment of the apartment. Communication with very kind owner was excellent.

Pros: Although the location is a bit further out, it is easy to walk to the bus and get into Rome to see what you want to see. Good apartment set up and had a washing machine which is always a plus!

Pros: Struttura situata in posizione strategica e comoda sia per la linea ferroviaria che per la metropolitana. Se invece abbiamo voglia di fare una passeggiata, in circa mezz’ora si raggiungono le principali attrazioni della città. Federica è stata un’host molto disponibile e accogliente! 😊

Oáza klidu uprostřed velkoměsta

Pros: Paní domácí je úžasná, hned odpoví na dotazy. Byt je v dobré vzdálenosti od zastávky metra a za rohem jsou dobře vybavené potraviny. Úžasné je otvírání přes mobil. Dole je dobře vybavená kuchyň. Nahoře koupelna, dvě ložnice a velká terasa. Terasa je i v dolní části. Rozhodně toto bydlení vřele doporučuji.
