M&L Apartments - Ardesia Colosseo

Pros: Overall it was a great apartment for amount we paid and location of apartment was perfect, can't imagine better. Easy access to apartment also few meters from metro station which was great.

Cons: Only thing i didnt like was toilet where was water pressure too low to flush staff.

I would happily return

Pros: The location was brilliant don't be put off by any bad reviews it's a steal for what you get in the centre of rome I travel a lot and this is one of the best value for money places you will find anywhere in Italy , never mind Rome

Pros: It was just enough for 3 days stay but very cold, air conditioner couldn’t get it warmer. But we didn’t stay there for long hours so rest of things was fine. Beds are comfortable, a kitchen was well equipped ( the only not enough cups or mugs for 3 of us). The location is good, near to subway and public transport and just a few minutes to the city centre. If I’m in Rome again I’d rent it again.

Great location, cozy apartment with everything you need for pleasant stay in Rome

Pros: Apartment is cozy and have all that you need. It is on great location, 1 minute from metro station. Kitchen is small but with all necessary facilities. Host is very warm and she gave us all the information. Bed is very comfortable.

Cons: It is an old building and the furniture is old, but if you use apartment just for sleep and eat it is still great.

Pros: Appartamento confortevole, funzionale, pulito e spazioso. Molto tranquillo. Comunicazione con la proprietà ottima. La posizione centrale ottima a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro San Giovanni.

A Wonderful Lodging Option in Rome

Pros: Our contact person, Laura, was very helpful. The apartment was located very close to a Metro stop near Terminii station which made accessing all parts of Rome easy. The shops and restaurants near the apartment were very nice with kind staff. The apartment was a good size for the two of us and all of the facilities were in working order. We're hoping we can stay here for a future Rome visit.

Cons: Some of the directions regarding accessing the apartment could have been more clear. I needed to clarify a few things with Laura that probably could have been addressed through the directions. The elevator to get up to the condo entrance needed a key at nighttime and neither of the keys available to us worked.

Pros: Siamo a 2 minuti della Basilica San Giovanni Lateranense, 200 passi della metro, con tutti i negozi nelle vicinanze, ci ritornerei !

Cons: Climatizzatore la notte non funzionavano.

Ottima posizione

Pros: La posizione a pochissimi metri dalla fermata della metro (stesso lato strada). Appartamento adatto per una famiglia, spazioso il giusto e abbastanza confortevole.

Cons: Mancava la lavastoviglie , il bagno non aveva la finestra. Le finestre delle stanze non si potevano aprire e chiudere in maniera accettabile (questo dovuto alla struttura un po’ datata dell’edificio).

Tranquilo y cómodo

Pros: Contaba con extras como libros, reproductor de CD, plancha y tabla de planchar, juegos de toallas completos para cada uno, aire acondicionado central y ventiladores.

Cons: Tuvimos que comprar un jabon para lavar la vajilla, no podíamos usar los electrodomésticos juntos por temor a que salte la luz.

Pros: Apartamento cómodo y bien ubicado, cerca de los buses y metro. Muy bien mantenido. Con aire acondicionado central indispensable en época de verano. Responden siempre.y están atentos al huésped. Excelente el personal del edificio tambien.

Cons: Muy poco provisto de cosas en la cocina. Nunca me pasó, siempre hay de todo... por suerte me trajeron rapidamente al menos 2 ollas cuando me queje.
